1:50 I gave it a try and y those arm swings are great for warm up ! , I also rely on dynamic stretching, but I havent used the foam rollers

Nice video! Very informative. Could you do a follow along warm up too?

I've really come to rely a lot on dynamic elements -- both for warming up and working out. 🤸

I've gone to the next level from jump rope , jumping on rocks and getting covered in mud it makes you appreciate a good shower 🐸

I love your videos, they're really helpful and I learn a lot, I'm still new on jumping rope but I feel in love with it and now it's my main cardio exercise. I'm also hoping for a follow along warm up video. :D
Also, thank you for showing me Brooks, their shoes are GREAT, my only complaint is that the only black + teal pair of shoes I saw are for women only T_T

So great to hear! Thank you so much for watching! LOVE Brooks. They are usually coming out with loads of color combos so hopefully they'll get that covered for ya :)

I'm pretty much on par with everything presented here :) I see you are wearing running shoes. I've been jumping in running shoes but have considered trying a court shoe. Do you think a running shoe is the most appropriate shoe for jump rope?

Thanks, Jim! I've tried basically every shoe imaginable. I personally have found court shoes aren't flexible or support enough for the range that my foot needs. I've found that running shoes provide the best from all the shoes!

I also want to say excellent video there Tori my second question is what are some lower body stretches that warms up your feet and help your legs out overall?😁🦶🏻

I definitely need those foam rollers for my back because my back does give out early.🙏🏿😔

That's amazing foam rollers are really helpful and it also make sure you stretch the most important spot of the injury how often did you stretch Tori and did you use to do yoga and how was that experience for you did you enjoy it?😁🤔
