Not really, Kyrgios did a lot of bad things, such as throwing his racquet out of the court, hitting the ball into the audiences, and claiming that he goes to bed with female fans every week, after breaking up with his girlfirend. He dealt way more damage to others than Moutet did.

People about Moutet: he's a clown. People about Kyrgios: He's a misunderstood genius.
My take is that he'll NEVER make a major at or above a masters 1000. He'll just rot in a smelly VIP club area, drunk on vodka redbull with Bernard Tomic.

Tennis rules are not applied equally and most umpires are disgustingly bad.

Well, as in most sports and in life, you need to deserve the privileges and respect by being respectful. He is talking EVERY single point of every match he plays. That's sheer disrespect to opponents. He is just a drama queen that seeks attention and lives of it. He had huge potential, but the fact that he still hasn't grown up is mind blowing. He deserves nothing now. Zero respect.

he's not a clown, he's a very competitive man, sometimes he's also right, with a penchant for being a showman.
To be a clown you shouldn't know what you are doing and Kyrgios knows almost a 100% what he does and what the effect it has.
I think umpires are way more clowns than Kyrgios. Moutet and the other little guy (can't remember the name) Those ARE def clowns, unhinged AF.

He beat Federer in 2015. yeh so what his H2H against Federer was 1-6 in favor of Federer. 3-6 H2H in favor of Nadal and 2-1 H2H in favor of Kyrgios against Djokovic ( not much to judge by there!). No names have beaten the big three. Why should Krygois be treated differently. Talent is judged by a career. He's got a big filthy mouth entitled Gen Z and I can't wait until he no longer on the circuit. He's an embarrassment to tennis
