The chair is definitely a strong 4 drop in every aggro deck. More than it's incredible ability, it's a 4 toughness creature that can't be hit by cut down and go for the throat and has ward. I understand the love for it ^^. Very nice deck i like the 4 colour human vibe.
I just love this love for Roaming Throne. It'd make a nice signed card at any live event you might ever be at. Same reason I'd proudly boast about a CGB-signed Yorion :)
Honestly, I'm a sucker for legendary decks. Something about assembling a team of named individuals just appeals to my inner child, I guess, back when I would sit in front of my TV watching Justice League and Teen Titans all day.
I saw it time to time. Not a bad one. I don't know if it fares better or worse than the vanilla nazgul semi-agro tho. Most of the time it is the MTG RNG who makes the winner.
I was very confused why you are playing such an Explorer deck until I realized that Isshin is still Standard legal. The longer rotation times are really absurd.
The Alchemy version of this deck is rather fun. (They fixed all the samurai to be soooo much better so the extra attack guy is legit in the AL version).
At 10:40 ish, why wouldn’t you cast Adeline? You didn’t have any instants to use as a combat trick and she would head to exile at the end of turn anyway, right?

Mirror Box The "legend rule" doesn't apply to permanents you control. Each legendary creature you control gets +1/+1. Each nontoken creature you control gets +1/+1 for each other creature you control with the same name as that creature.
run a mardu isshin/throne samurai deck that can be kinda fun, it's a little rough with all the removal out there but with raiyuu in play you get like 4-5 combats a turn which is pretty fun. been looking for ways to optimize that.
Personally, I hate this type of deck. Either you stomp the opp, or you flop and die, there is almost no interaction. Mono red at least has removal and strategic interactions

Unless they know the exact list opponents are unlikely to use it on our lands and if they use it on Throne we probably have enough lands in play.

In most of those spots we didn't need more lands, would rather dig towards more threats.
