Just wanted to tell you that I used to use goo gone as well. However, If u have a heat gun or hair dryer it sooooooo much faster! Heat them up and they peel right off, no residue and zero cleanup Once in a blue moon I will need to use goo gone at this point
Love it guys. Keep dialing in and perfecting that process. Just judging from your current setup and process you guys are gonna be doing 300k a month before you know it! Stay consistent!
Hi @kandmresell, could you answer my questions about the LED lights on your board? Q1: So was a single order of the 4pc LED boards not enough to light your photo board? Do I need 6 pcs to properly light the board, in your experience? Q2: Can you provide the length of the 3 boards you used to go over your board, in which you installed the lights onto? Thank you -Andrew
You guys are crushing and an inspiration to us all! Appreciate you always open to sharing the knowledge. Keep it going and cant wait to see you guys hit a mil one day!
Great video, I had watched it when it first released. I came back to see if you had mentioned anything on revenue, sales and expense trackers. I'm wondering if you use an Excel sheet or a software? Id be really interested in knowing what you guys use! thank you 😃
Hi, I enjoyed watching your office tour it looks wonderful. Could you explain to me how and when you take notes on the description of the item. If you sit and pull tags, then photograph, measure, fold the item put it in a bag, put it in your box, and that's the end of the story. How do you remember what the description of each item is when you go to list it. Have these items already been listed before you do the actual photographing? Linda
Hi guys. Great set up. I just moved my business into a large metal building and I'm finally going to create a separate photo station for shoes. How do you like the light box you have? I see from your Amazon link you linked the 24" but other reviewers got the 32" for photographing shoes. Which size do you have?
Hi! I love watching your videos and learning from them. I’ve been reselling part-time for about 2 years now. I’d like to grow my business, but it takes me way too long to wash, steam, photo and list. I have a HUGE death pile of good items. Can you please give me tips on how to speed up this process? Do you wash or steam your items? Do you edit your photos? Confession: I’m a perfectionist, not by choice! 😕 Please help. Thanks!
Can I ask you 2 questions. I have heard you several times in your videos talk about "average cost of goods" and I assume that's what you use for tax purposes. 1-How many items did you originally source to come up with your average cost? 2- Do you still save all receipts from your purchases (sometimes I buy at estate sales and yard sales and get no receipts)? Thanks so much!
The average is from last years totals so probably around 8,000 items if I remember correctly give or take a thousand. I haven’t looked at the numbers in a while. Yes we keep all our receipts and digitally upload them into quickbooks under the transaction.
Great video . I tape the edge of the Mylar bags on both sides at the seal down . I saw you didn’t . Am I wasting tape ? Also, I only bag shirts / jerseys that are over $20 and put rest of them “loose” inside the Mylar mailer. Thoughts ? Do you did it just for SKU purposes ?
We’ve never had a package open on us in shipment so we don’t worry about taping. We put everything in the clear bags for the SKU and also for protection. Half the garage stores inventory and the other half we use for renovating our house so there’s always sawdust and stuff flying in the garage. Just a peace of mind thing.
Hey Mike, can you talk a little more about how you list weight and dimentions, because you actually weigh them after they sell. Especially jeans, how accurate do the dimentions have to be? I know the bags empty are 10 x 13 but after the jeans are in them its different.
We put 12x9x3 for everything In those bags. Nothing in that dimension of bag can physically reach the next jump in USPS price. Default for everything in those bags are 12x9x3 and 12oz. Then we change if needed when shipping.
@@kandmresell Thanks, yeah I've gotta learn how to do it. My death pile is growing because of how tedius listing is and getting the weights and dimentions right before they sell. At least if I could list without being so accurate in dimentions would motivate me more after they sell :)
Do y'all both do drafts? If so do you list the exact items you photographed? Or split them some other way? Right now my husband does all photos and I draft. (30 a day)
We both do every process. 2 stations for each process. Kendall makes the drafts she photos and I make drafts for the items I photo. That’s mostly to reduce mistakes. The person who photographs the items was hands on with it and knows more about it as they just took photos. If kendall takes photos and I make those drafts then I am more likely to make a mistake and I also just can’t go as fast because I’m not as familiar with the item.
The only reason we would do it differently is if I loved taking photos and kendall loved making drafts or the other way around. But we don’t like either of the tasks so we just split it like I said lol.
You can’t actually set a default but what I meant was we have a macro button we click on our mouse and it automatically fills in all the shipping details to a default we set. It’s all 3rd party through Logitech and their mice.
Yes it’s in the description under the link tree to the new version Samsung makes of it. They stopped making the exact same one I have but just updated the panel and stand. Same specs though. There are cheaper option outs there that are also 49” just like this one. I just got a great used deal on FB at the time so I pulled the trigger. The exact model is Samsung G9 (specs are 49”, 240hz, 1440p.

Discount code did not work. I guess there’s a minimum you need to purchase to use the code?
I’ll reach out to flexispot to see why. The code only works for the E7 plus. Not any of their other products.
Ah, Thank you for checking. We got the E5 because of your video…Hope they gave you some credit for it.
Great setup, absolutely awesome! It truly gives a piece of mind to have inventory separate from the listing space
Hope you guys are doing ok, surprised to see you haven’t uploaded in months after such amazing videos.

Our stores here in Dallas do not use stickers. They use markers to write the price which is why we use goo gone :)

We use quickbooks and business accounts!
That monitor tho😍😍

Everything we need for the listings are in the photos. Measurements, flaws, SKU’s. No notes needed. We refer to the photos.

We got the 24” due to limited space at our old house. I’d go with 32” if you have the space for it! Will for sure be easier to use.

Hey guys! Hope things are awesome. Curious about something. Do you delist and sell similar?
When do you enter the items into your inventory tracking system? What kind of system do you use?
All the info we need is in eBay! We also have a video over the inventory system as well!

Just found your channel, great video. Where do you get the majority of your inventory?
Thrift stores!
Thank you for the tour and tips! What’s the measurements of the photo boards?
4ft x 4ft
How many items do you guys have listed?
Inspiring. Great setup!
Do you crosspost on other platforms such as poshmark or mercari?

How much listing do you do in a day and how many hours do you do it?
What is the dimensions of your flat lay? And at what angle do you have it set up for?
4x4. I have a video on the channel of the entire build. Angle is adjustable. We just have it to what doesn’t allow clothing to slide!
You guys still making videos?
Can you link your eBay store?
How many hours a week do you both work?
Less than 40 each. Probably around 32.
you guys wanna come to kentucky and organize my hellhole of a basement lol?
Did you build your Photo Booth stations or buy it?
Designed and built it! We made a video on exactly how to build it from scratch as well on the channel!
Hey! how do you make the photo stand? Thank you!
th-cam.com/video/CkcAG_H3Ag0/w-d-xo.htmlsi=ilHPkHKPOr-lzN2Q
What settings do you use on your phone for photos?
1:1 aspect ratio is the only thing we change. No filters or anything. We both have iPhone 13’s.
HI, Im new here, do you steam your clothes?
Nope! Stacking them all up nicely flat on each other like shown on that table takes all the wrinkles out after sitting there for a day or 2.
Do you have a link for your big curved monitor?
Yes it’s in the description under the link tree to the new version Samsung makes of it. They stopped making the exact same one I have but just updated the panel and stand. Same specs though. @@kandmresell Yes, I think I might need a cheaper one. I am not a gamer but use two screens for reselling.
Asus and acer makes one that’s more for offices due to its specs! Same dimensions though. There’s plenty of options out there for ya.
