Your video is over 15 min long, so there is no way this recipe takes only 10 min to complete.
Also, get rid of the terrible music.
The recipe itself is fine, but you need to shorten the steps.you are showing way too much in detail

I agree. It takes 15 minutes just to cook it too. That right there is a lot longer than 10 minutes.
