I have the V2, I'm not sure how much they are in comparison, but dude I have been in many gym studios before, and I can say without a doubt that the X-BENCH V2 is the best bench I have ever used, the stability and comfort is so good
Good review. This is in my price range and has the attachments, which is very hard to find. My question is does it appear to be sturd/free of wobble if say having to rock back for set up with dumbells? I'm 225 and use dumbells from 100# - 120# for my incline dlbenches and definitely have to do a pretty solid "rock back" to position myself...so a good bit of force on top of 445#. I know it's rated for 700# but I've found certain weilds of certain benches, (ie; Flybird), to be suspect in that rating, making me leary to throw around anything over 80#.
Glad you liked it! Force USA recently redesigned this bench, so I haven't tried the new one yet. I never liked how tall this one was, but they made the new version about five inches shorter (it was about 22 inches, now it's 17.5), so I feel like it would suit you well and provide the stability you need. Let me know how it goes if you decide to buy it!
I'm 6'1" tall, I have this bench and I agree that it is too high. The reason it is high is due to the leg attachment, it needs the height for the weights and movement. While benching, I place my feet on the leg attachment cushion as opposed to the floor. The wheels are also plastic garbage, I replaced mine with rollarblade wheels.
It’s a waste of money , the base is not compatible to the front leg base. so therefore it’s not stable. It’s flimsy and you gonna have a lot of issues with it.!!!
Nice job on the review. Very in depth. Definitely helps in making my final decision on my next bench.
Why didn't you put the seat on a incline when you were doing decline bench?
Yeah it would of closed up the gap 🤦🏼♂️
thats what i was thinking lol it looked awkward

I have had this bench for ages the gap doesn’t bother me at all but I don’t use the decline a lot. The bench is very stable to sit on and use.
Nice review, I would like to ask if Leg attachement is applicable to 1inch weight plates? Thanks
I have it, but ti cant change the seat angle, the pin doesnt fit on the other side (the red side is fine but the other doesnt go in) any tips?
Can you do Roman chair back exercise on this ?
hey man, is the lying leg curl set up good in your opinion?
can u comfortable load it? and progress it?
In your opinion could this be used as a Lat pulldown seat..?
Hi what’s the max kg on the leg extension?
What is the diameter of the weight holes you're stacking on the pole? Looks too thick for my weights which have a 1 inch diameter hole.
bench still good?
how it work for strong legs for 190 cm high guy
good for curls?
This is a great bench! It's pretty tall, so you should be fine. I've really enjoyed it for curls, and it should be able to handle your requirements!
@@Barbend Is there plenty of room for knees on the seat pad on leg curls? 6ft 2in/210. Seems narrow. Thanks for the review!
Is this the V2 version? I think the V2 is not as high as the V1
This is the V1!
Does it work for 185 cm tall men?
Yep! They also recently redesigned this bench and it's 17.7 inches tall now.
Is this v1 or v2

this bench is way too high

Doesn't look designed to do leg curls. Bummer
If you put the seat on the mid incline it looks like you can.
do you think so? On 17:12 he is doing leg curl but i also doubt if he is in a comfortable position... what do you think?
