    Using this method, the people of Russia and the countries of the former Soviet Union have produced and continue to process canned meat and fish.
    MEAT IN A BOTTLE (Russian method)

    The way to prepare it is simple and you just have to follow the steps.
    ✅ IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE BOTTLES ARE NEW AND SUITABLE FOR THE PRESERVATION OF FOODS.
    If they are recycled, like mine, be careful that neither the jar nor the lid are damaged, because they will not be sealed.
    First we sterilize the jars and lids.
    There are two ways to sterilize the jars, either we boil them for 15 minutes or after washing we put them in the oven and put the oven at 150 degrees also for 15 minutes (we do not preheat the oven!)

    ✅STORAGE: at a temperature not exceeding 10/15 degrees it can be stored for 1 year.
    👀 ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT THEY ARE HOME CANNED WITHOUT ADDITIVES OR ARTIFICIAL PRESERVATIVES THEREFORE TAKE ALL THE PRECAUTIONS OF THE CASE !!!!! 👀
    🔴Warning ❗❗❗
    ✅ The lids of the jars must be tightly closed! Air must never enter!
    ✅ The storage conditions must be correct.
    In hot climates, find the coolest place in the house
    ❗❗❗ Failure to follow all instructions can damage the product.
    When placing the jars in the pot they must be completely covered with water.
    When taking temperature (after about 5/10 minutes) from the jars, no bubbles should come out. If this happens, it means that it is not properly closed. You have to remove it from the water and re-tighten the cap or change it for a new one. If it repeats, discard the bottle definitively.
    The preserves prepared in this way can last 6 to 12 months without a refrigerator and more, everything will depend on the quality of the sterilization and the correct vacuum sealing of the jars. (Keep in a dry and cool place)
    ✅NEVER CONSUME A HOME OR COMMERCIAL CANNED IF WHEN OPENING IT FOR THE FIRST TIME, IT IS FOUND WITH THE LID LOOSE OR SWOLLED OR WITH THE PRESENCE OF GASES INSIDE. THE LID MUST BE "SUCKED FORMING VACUUM".
    ONCE OPEN KEEP IN A REFRIGERATOR AND DO NOT KEEP MORE THAN 3 DAYS.
