Main disadvantage is, if you try to remove some bricks in between wall for any alteration in future then that hole wall becomes delicate or unstable.

Electric and plumbing works can be done as same as bricks after grouting the joints or pipes can be run through lintel concrete if planned.

Also, tell me if any crack will come in AAC block wall if we drill to fix nails inside the home after plastering.

Nice post sir. I have built a house with normal red bricks with cement and plastered outside walls. Area around 1000 sft. Can I build 500 sft first floor with this technology. How much would it cost. Planning for a small mushroom cultivation set up. Will it withstand humidity. Please advice ASAP. Thanks sir
