I want a cart like this, but I need an adjustable height (center of vesa mount) between 35" - 65". 35" would be for when sitting on the futon and 65" for when I am standing. Most carts I've seen do not lower enough for viewing from a futon, which sits low to the ground. Also, I think an improvement would be to have a spring-loaded mounting pole and a simple release pin, similar to workout machines, for easily raising and lowering the tv.
