      Well, I didn't hit dislike, but those silver pole connectors that connect the two bars? Yeah, I have one that refuses to screw in. The other three sides? Work perfectly, but one seems to be threaded incorrectly or slightly off on measurements.

      The assembly order was changed slightly in our more recent printed manuals. These small screws are now inserted in step 9 (final step), and are used to help with pole alignment. cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1190/2562/files/STAND-TV03E_REV1.1_online.pdf?v=1619546302

    How do I tilt TV down I dont recall seeing those plastic knobs on the side. I have the model that goes up to 110lbs and 80 some odd inch tv size. All the parts look the same as in this video. The screen seems to be tilted up 15 degrees I want it tilted down and its stiff when I try to tilt tv down it wont budge. Instructions dont say anything about what needs to be done to adjust tilt.

    • @VIVOus
      @VIVOus  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If it is the same as the cart in this video, loosen the knobs on the tilting brackets and then push back on the bottom of the TV while pulling the front forward. Due to how the tilting motion of these brackets works, it can also help to lift up on the TV a little to make it tilt down.

    Is this easy to change the height on? I'd need to change it's height 3+ times a day

    • @VIVOus
      @VIVOus  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Changing the height isn't difficult, but it may be inconvenient for multiple adjustments per day. An option which may work well for you is STAND-TV05L:
      It has an easy to use pull-out lock that allows quick adjustment of the TV height. The maximum height is 5" less than STAND-TV03E (maximum 52" to center of TV), but it may be our best option for this situation.

    Help. Step 3. My silver pole connectors - one side of the threads seems off. The other three work perfectly. But one side refuses to work. What do I do?

    • @VIVOus
      @VIVOus  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The fine threading of these parts can sometimes be a little difficult to start completely straight. Carefully screwing the pole on while keeping the parts completely straight will usually take care of any fitting problems, but it it's still not working, please contact our customer support team for replacement parts: vivo-us.com/pages/support

    I have a 2nd shelf, how do I install that one?

    • @VIVOus
      @VIVOus  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The 2nd shelf can be installed above or below the first one using the open mounting holes in the poles. The shelf should have the correct bolts for this included.

  • @eydk556
    @eydk556 ปีที่แล้ว

    I don't like that the square plate connectors have capability of slippage instead of just being screwed in where it's locked in with no chance of slip or need to use a level. I guess there's a reason.

    • @VIVOus
      @VIVOus  ปีที่แล้ว

      Since the pole halves screw together, adding screw holes for the plate wasn't possible due to issues with alignment. The pressure locking system has worked very well though, and as long as the stand has been correctly assembled and tightened, the TV will not slip down.

    Why does it say 65" max on video, when the link says 83"

    • @VIVOus
      @VIVOus  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      When we originally introduced this stand, TVs were much heavier on average. Large screen TVs are now light enough that we've recently updated the maximum compatible size to 83".

    @VIVO I’m on step 6 but none of the screws fit. Is my tv too old?
    I have a Sony Bravia 46” built in 2009/2010. The screws for the bracket don’t go all the way into the tv. They tighten but they’re not flush and for me safety is first.

    • @VIVOus
      @VIVOus  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If your TV is a Bravia KDL-46V5100, then Sony recommends M6 screws with a length of 12 to 16mm. The 20mm screws we include are a little too long, so you can use the part #28 5mm spacers between the TV and mounting arms to make up for the extra length.

    • @VIVOus
      @VIVOus  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      We're sorry for stand is having this problem! If the poles don't quite align with the mounting holes, it's usually still possible to assemble. First loosen the bolts holding the poles to the base and assemble the plate to the connector to one side, then pull the parts in line and install the bolts for the other side. If it all fits together, simply retighten any loosened bolts and the assembly can be completed. • @VIVOus

      It doesn't seem like much, but it's actually a very strong system. The screws press against hard pads that place friction against the poles. The design has so far been unchanged for 8 years, and it's continued to be a reliable system with very good feedback from our customers.
