Thanks for this sir, I realized my screw wasn’t moving with the valve, I tightened it and walla!!! It works perfect now, I’ll keep my eye on that valve it’s rusty and I know I’ll have to replace it sooner than later but for now I have heat !!! 🎉
Thank you so much for your video and help. The screw was stuck in the AC position on my 2005 Accord, I put some il on it and it started moving and now I have heat. You saved me big time since the winter is coming here in Ohio. God Bless you!
Thank you for sharing this. I have no heat inside the car today but the engine indicator went to red mark. Can this be the thermostatic stack closed or open?
I’m trying to help my friend get his AC/heater working. I’ll help him check that line for heat and cold. But what if the fan doesn’t blow, any things I should check like the compressor or blower or fuses ? Any suggestions I would appreciate
Great video, so i was turning the knob n it was turning good, but I realized that the little wire with the circle that goes with the knob is not inserted in the knob, it probably got losee when i took the motor mount out, is it easy to put the little wire with the circle in thr knob? Or do i need to go with a mechanic?
I could use some assistance on my car if you have some time. The cable isn’t moving to open or close the valve, I clipped the cable and the valve moves freely but still no heat. Could the blend door actuator have an issue ?
Yes now u can go inside down below foot well up to right side u will see the cable and bled door u need to turn that remove it and turn it and see if heat works
My 05 accord EX no heat, so I check that valve first also my lower radiator hose isn’t getting super hot like the top on, should I replace the thermostat first and see if that fixed my heating issue I hear the blend door open and close but want to diag first
Question I have is my blend door is working and I see the cable and screw move. But I am only getting heat on the passenger side none on the driver side. What is the issue then?

I have a 2004 accord the heat won't work on idle sometimes and sometimes it stops working while im driving but when i accelerate passed 60 i will get a blast of hot air that comes through and then it will stop again. Does anyone have an idea of what this could be?
