Those strips drove me crazy but I was able to get them in eventually. I actually put the two extras at the bottom of the side pockets for support and so that I don’t lose the. I just bought mine but I’m excited to use it.
I guess you could really put it almost anywhere depending on the layout of your car. For me, this was the best & most secure spot. Thanks for watching!

They are a reallyyyy tight fit. You have to push one side in first, there’s like a little “slot” for it to be pushed in. Try it from both sides. It took me a minute to get them in
@@karenstownsend9 I contacted the manufacturer and they told me to cut off some of it so that it would fit. It will work, but I don't think that it makes it as taut as it should be.

Did not show how the brace is installed. Everything else is easy.
I tried my best to show how it’s installed.. the angle isn’t exactly camera-friendly. it’s helped a few others though 😊

I think that they gave me those little black things (or the braces) for a larger version of this trash can because mine won't fit.
