I think im gonna have to get two of this for a dual door. the other door doesn't really work with a knob but I dont have a dummy knob that matches this style and look so I think having two, one that actually works, and an extra that acts a dummy is my only option right now - im sure its a waste of money but I want to match lol

@@DIYReid after failed attempts someone stated it will go into lockdown. Meaning even the admin fingerprint wouldn’t work. Do you recall ever triggering that?

How do you reset the lock to remove all fingerprints

Oh. I can see. I have had it fail 5 times in a row and then work.
Can't someone just download the app and connect it to their phone and then add their fingerprint?
It doesn't work like that. Once you pair it to a login you'll need that persons login information and password to add a finger print.
This didn’t help at all. There’s no room inside the handle for batteries. It would help if you showed how to put batteries in
