    Traded my Note 9 in for the Plus. Loving the flat screen, and it's so well balanced and comfortable in hand, although it's heavier than my husband's S21 FE, it feels so much better. The common complaint is the battery, and I do have to charge sometimes during the afternoon after heavy use. I foresee keeping this phone for the next four years, until the Flip has sorted out it's dust, camera and battery concerns. I've actually not used my laptop since I got this phone ☺️

    video calls were choppy (low fps) with the s22 ultra. im not sure whats going on with that but had to return it for that reason alone. Im not sure if its that 40mp front facing camera because my s21 ultra also behaved the exact same way across all video calling apps. Im going to give the s22 plus a shot and see if the video calling performance is any better. great video

      What I’ve found on android is that video calls all tend to be software encoded whereas on iPhone the chip has hardware encoding which is why duo calls on android for example heat up the phone so much and burn battery. I’m not 100% sure how every phone handles it but I think that’s a big factor on most mainstream phones.

    I have been using Android since 5 years...but never buy a flagship phone ...
    But i decided in July I will buy a flagship phone..
    So can you suggest me should I buy Samsung s22 ultra and stick with Android or should I buy iPhone 13???

      If you're familiar with android I don't know that I'd change to iOS. Android has some great features not available on iPhone and you'll probably bee amazes at how bad iOS handles notifications compared to Android. However, S22 ultra isn't the only option. Look at the regular S22 and the pixel 6 pro if you can't wait till the fall. They're both great flagship and the pixel in particular is very smooth and clean from an interface perspective. Closer to iOS than the Samsung.

    I LIKE my s22 plus so far my only issue is the battery not lasting idk why but i am used to the moto g power that lasted up to 3 days so this only lasting a day is throwing me off

      How long have you had it? Is it still optimizing in the background as I think that can take a couple of days while Samsung's OS works out what it wants to do with background apps etc. It'll start putting them to sleep and telling you and after that you should see a bump in battery, at least I have from my experience.

    Can you do a full comparison of s22+ vs 13 pro max?

      Hey buddy, wish I could but I don't have the devices any more :(... Just got this few minutes at the end of this video to go with.

    I've had mine for 7 months. It started out really nice but has become glitchy and tends to lock up when taking pictures outside. So, I don't see me staying with it much longer. I also don't care for all of Samsungs bloatware and the ads you get with Android. Not a good phone, but could have been.

      I hear things like this a lot. I haven’t noticed the same on a pixel so maybe Google does a better job for longevity?

    Would you take this or the ultra? I’m still undecided.

    • @mikedropstech
      @mikedropstech  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Dude. Honestly, go ultra. It’s $950 right now on Amazon with a free Galaxy watch! Even without it that’s the Mac Daddy for sure!

      @@mikedropstech no way really? So I can just buy that phone and take it to Verizon to put my SIM card in it?

      @@mikedropstech man too bad it’s not the galaxy watch 4 classic I’m not a fan of the regular one lol.

      As far as I know it’s unlocked so you should be able to put any sim in it and go.

    I have both and the S22 plus is the better phone. I don't like the curve of the Ultra and also it lags alot. The plus feels so much better in the hands.

    • @mikedropstech
      @mikedropstech  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Yep. They're definitely both great. But I actually find myself liking the curved edges of the bigger Ultra! I use the side swipe so many times a day it just feels smoother to my delicate thumbs 😱!
