Chris Bumstead's Quad Workout
Warm Up (Leg Press, Hip Abduction/Adduction, Lying Leg Curl, Leg Extension)
1. Barbell Squat 5 x 10 (does not include warm up sets)
2a. Leg Extension 4 x 15
2b. Bulgarian Split Squat 4 x 15
3. Machine Squat 5 x 12
4. Calf Press 5 x 20 (Using Rest-Pause as needed)

Everybody is talking about his heavy squats.. I know it was good but did you see how he was transitioning through leg extensions to bulgarian split squat right after the squats? Now that requires strength, stamina and hell lot of endurance.
V I recently changed my leg day to start with heavy (for me, not Chris lol) squats, followed by reasonably heavy (for me) leg press.. then follow it up with some volume exercises like Chris is here... It feels great but I can’t possibly imagine even approaching the weight he is using here, combined with his flawless form... wow

In his last leg video he talked about springing up after a squatted position is bad but in this video he’s doing it. I think this is an older video that just came out. He pauses in the down position for a split second longer now.

I just started my gym journey, for my legs day I do leg press, leg curl, leg extension, lunges, wall sit, farmers walk
Take out wall sit and replace farmer walk with squats
Farmers walk isn't for legs.
