Thabk you Jen. I started working out yesterday after 6 months sabbatical due to health issues. This morning I woke up really sore everywhere. I needed a gentle stretch that would work everything. I wasn't sure if this video would do it (as it is for lower back pain), but I feel so much better after completely it. The time went by much faster than I realised and I feel more grounded. Thank you.

As someone with lower back issues and more pain than I care do bare, your gentle soothing voice, floor work, and explanation of each slow stretch is just what I need. It's rainy here in Maryland, too! I enjoy doing yoga when it rains. The water hitting the roof is soothing to me and helps me want to even further ground myself and center myself. This stretch felt amazing after my hard run at the gym. Thank you!

It's raining here today in Florida. It's so cold it might snow a bit this week! I have begun doing Yoga with your videos 5 days ago. I have done one everyday. Today I am going to do two. This past summer I went through 6 months of chemo. Recently told I am in remission. My body tells me that I am well. I am healed and healthy. I believe what my body says. I am eating healthier than ever and making sure I move and stretch everyday. Thank you for your work. It's helping to improve my life.
Love you guys! I've been adding yoga every morning to my routine. Especially before work since it's very sedentary. My muscles have really become tight and stiff overtime. The videos really really help! Especially when you guys encourage us and talk through the stretches with us. I always feel great afterwards and I always look forward to it again the next day! I really need help. I cant even keep my back straight when performing the 2 leg hamstring stretch, let alone bend over towards my legs. Getting very upset about my flexibility, I need help.
Same! I bodybuild and I noticed that just kind of stretching wasn't doing anything. Since starting bodybuilding I've noticed that my flexibility has majorly been restricted and I also can't bend over to touch my feet or do the hamstring stretches, it's super frustrating since I used to be able to the splits ... a long time ago Haha 🤣🤦🏼♀️
We all do. We can acknowledge that she is a gorgeous woman - as an objective fact. And fortunately, an excellent yoga teacher. I am actually getting flexible, which is a shock.
