Yummy....my all time comfort food. Nicely done with the presentation, I love it! For me, a good comfort foods should be served in a nice bowl, not just any bowl 🙂. I feel like it makes everything taste and feel that much better, at least it does for me.

Thank you for watching! Depending on how soupy you like, the rice keeps expanding so you can add more broth if you like ;)

my fave part about the dish is that you can flavour it in whatever way you like, similar to a plain pho, where you can make it salty, sweet, hot, and any variation in between. Im surprised you didnt have those like oily breadsticks things that you dip with the baw baw. I remember multiple times my auntie would give me 5, and tell me to go across the street to go buy those breadsticks.
I like my baw baw with the salted soya beans, garlic, chili, lime, white pepper, with generic amount of greens. Amount of chili put in depends on what season it is.
Ive always wondered... maybe cambos use white pepper for apperance? like white, not even seeable pepper is better than seeing black specks in your baw baw? Whats your take on that?

Whichever pepper someone prefers is based on flavor. White or black pepper works.
