Hello today from Indianapolis, Indiana my friends. 💕 As I watch another beautiful video of a day in stunning Azerbaijan, I had a thought come to me and I thought I should share it with you 💝 I was reading many of the comments you receive here about your video and every single one mentions how much peace and happiness your videos bring to people all over the world; and that is so special and so needed. People of different countries, different religions, different skin colors and I thought what a wonderful thing you are doing sharing your simple, beautiful life with so many. When you started showing your videos years ago you had maybe a smaller audience, but your light still was shining so brightly. As you continued to make more videos the light of your videos spread farther and brighter, and farther still. You are providing a priceless gift to our our world. You are bringing us all together when our governments and religious leaders would like us to believe that we are more different than alike. But they are wrong. We are all more alike than different and I see this from all of the comments you receive. People are so hungry for simplicity and kindness and the beauty of nature. For good natural food. Focusing on making our world better for everyone. I am so very grateful to have found your videos back in 2020, at the little Hobbit house and I have witnessed what you’ve have accomplished and been blessed with. I know you used to have a restaurant and because of the shut down of our world, that was not possible any longer. What a wonderful blessing that has turned out to be not only for you and your beautiful family, but also for all of us who love watching your videos. You have created a wonderful place for all of us to come together in peace and love and joy. There is a saying that goes like this; “when God closes one door he opens a window”, it means even when we think something may have been taken away, God always provides us with another way, a better way. Your life is a perfect example of this. I treasure each one of your videos and the peace and joy that the they bring not only to me, but to so many others around our small world. The opening scenes of someone rescuing the bee from the water really touched me! Sadly few would even notice the tiny creature in the water and even consider helping it. Thank you for being YOU. For having tender hearts that care about every creature. I know that those in your care are really appreciated, whether as companions or later for food - and that's how it should be. Aziza has the most beautiful collection of dishes and cooking ware that I’ve ever seen, and she seems so incredibly knowledgeable. If, like me, you can't eat cabbage you can use plain pastry [flour, oil, salt, water] to wrap the dolmas in instead. Was taught to make these by a friend from Bosnia who can't eat cabbage and she always used the pastry, they are so tasty to eat and very filling. Will try your filling, which is different to Zorka's recipe, when I next make a batch - I find they freeze well if you can do this, they are also then quick and easy to cook if you have been out all day and much healthier and cheaper than processed food. As I watch another beautiful video of a day in stunning Azerbaijan, I had a thought come to me and I thought I should share it with you 💝
I was reading many of the comments you receive here about your video and every single one mentions how much peace and happiness your videos bring to people all over the world; and that is so special and so needed.
People of different countries, different religions, different skin colors and I thought what a wonderful thing you are doing sharing your simple, beautiful life with so many. When you started showing your videos years ago you had maybe a smaller audience, but your light still was shining so brightly. As you continued to make more videos the light of your videos spread farther and brighter, and farther still. You are providing a priceless gift to our our world. You are bringing us all together when our governments and religious leaders would like us to believe that we are more different than alike. But they are wrong. We are all more alike than different and I see this from all of the comments you receive. People are so hungry for simplicity and kindness and the beauty of nature. For good natural food. Focusing on making our world better for everyone. I am so very grateful to have found your videos back in 2020, at the little Hobbit house and I have witnessed what you’ve have accomplished and been blessed with. I know you used to have a restaurant and because of the shut down of our world, that was not possible any longer. What a wonderful blessing that has turned out to be not only for you and your beautiful family, but also for all of us who love watching your videos. You have created a wonderful place for all of us to come together in peace and love and joy.
There is a saying that goes like this; “when God closes one door he opens a window”, it means even when we think something may have been taken away, God always provides us with another way, a better way. Your life is a perfect example of this.

The opening scenes of someone rescuing the bee from the water really touched me! Sadly few would even notice the tiny creature in the water and even consider helping it. Thank you for being YOU. For having tender hearts that care about every creature. I know that those in your care are really appreciated, whether as companions or later for food - and that's how it should be. And thank you again, for showing us the "magic" of turning your basil tea from blue to pink with the addition of lemon slices! I must show the little children in my life that 'trick' and let them taste the drink - I am sure it's far better for them than some of the sugary sodas they are given! You've elevated golobki - what my Polish neighbors called cabbage rolls - by using purple cabbage. So pretty and purple cabbage has many more nutrients than the green. Yes very similar to Polish golabki, we use green, white cabbage but I need to try to make them with red cabbage which I love.

If, like me, you can't eat cabbage you can use plain pastry [flour, oil, salt, water] to wrap the dolmas in instead. Was taught to make these by a friend from Bosnia who can't eat cabbage and she always used the pastry, they are so tasty to eat and very filling. Will try your filling, which is different to Zorka's recipe, when I next make a batch - I find they freeze well if you can do this, they are also then quick and easy to cook if you have been out all day and much healthier and cheaper than processed food.
