- Last time, I made a DIY secondary combustion stove and confirmed the combustion. The fuel was pellets, and there was a secondary combustion from the side, and a vertical flame like the Swedish torch. However, as a torch flame, the firepower was weak and it needed improvement. This time, we introduce the improvements.

[Improved parts of the secondary combustion stove]
① Top lid hole diameter Φ30mm ⇒ Φ50mm
② Addition of a slit to the air intake hole in the outer can
[Confirmation of secondary combustion stove combustion]
Using 900g of pellets, pour alcohol for fuel and ignite. Pour fuel alcohol into the torch, and put a hemp string etc. to promote pellet ignition on the side. A secondary combustion flame appeared about 2 minutes after ignition, and then a torch flame also appeared.

② With the slits leading to the air intake holes in the outer can, closing the air holes cuts off the air and reduces the flame, while opening the air holes increases the flame. The torch lever adjustment can also adjust the strength of the torch flame when the slit is open, but it was not very effective when the slit was closed.

I also have an idea, if you could somehow add the ring for fire control from inside so that you would be able to decrease the ring diameter to be able to move inside the bigger can and only leave the controlling parts outside it would look alot more cleaner and simpler IMO.
I'll definitely give this a try, it's very inspiring!

私は、既成のペレット&薪ストーブの購入に向けて、検討を続けています。
剪定した庭木の枝を焼却するために、ペール丸缶大の二次燃焼式薪ストーブを購入して、色んな考察をしました。
二次燃焼は、排出煙も少なく、確かに燃焼効率が上がり、より完全燃焼に近づけ、燃焼効率が上げられるのですが、外気を通す二重壁構造部の外側表面の温度が100°C位で（丸缶の場合は360度の全円周方向が）暖かく無いと、相反するメリット・デメリットがあり、暖房用には不向きである事を知りました。
そんな中、角型ストーブで、後ろ壁部のみが二次燃焼機構の（後ろ壁部以外は暖かい）物が現れてましたが、この吸気穴を開閉できる機構の物はまだ出現していません。
薪&ペレット兼用ストーブで、このような物が出て来て、値段がこなれた頃が買い時かと思っています。
コメントありがとうございます。ペレット＆薪ストーブをご検討とのことで、夢が広がりますね~。寒い中での暖は心も体も癒されます。納得がいく仕様のストーブ選び頑張って下さい。炎が良く見えて、二次燃焼の効率が良くて、メンテナンス、作りもしっかりしてて、値段も手ごろで、悩ましいですが、楽しみですね。さてこのような二次燃焼ストーブは確かに炎が真上に行くのがほとんどで輻射熱も少なく、暖を取るには厳しいですね。テントの中での使用もなかなか出来ないので、ますます厳しいですね。😃

こんにちは。二次燃焼の炎だけでなく、蓋をかぶせてトーチにすると炎が立ち上りちょっとした迫力を感じましたよ。蓋で燃焼が抑えられ、燃焼時間がアップ、またトーチ炎が明るく照らすのでキャンプファイヤーっぽく楽しめます～。

Quindi chiudendo i fori dal basso si aumenta la durata ? Di quanto? Io ho messo una pentola in acciaio inox e ho fatto i fori sotto e sopra e dentro la pentola ho messo una griglia. Funziona lo stesso anche se è solo a una camera. Volevo fare come te mettendo una faccia in acciaio per regolare il flusso di aria dal basso. Serve anche regolare i fori alti secondo te? Ciao. Grazie per il tuo commento. C'erano alcune parti che non riuscivo a capire perché Google Translate non funzionava bene. Il foro sotto la stufa si apre e si chiude con una cinghia in acciaio. Lo scopo non è prolungare la vita, ma adeguare la potenza di fuoco. Non è necessario regolare il foro superiore, basta regolare il foro inferiore. Spero che la risposta corrisponda alla tua domanda. 再びごめんなさい、ペレットは、燃えが良いですね✨、アッ❗️失礼！ウッドガスコンロの作り方が素晴らしいでした✨、自分は、薪や孟宗竹を燃やして自作の風呂、釜戸を利用して居ますが、薪作りが大変です、先生のウッドガスコンロは、ペレットしか駄目ですかね❓️細割の薪や竹を入る長さに切り利用出来れば、手間は、かかるが燃焼効率が良い感じですね✨、長時間燃せれば最高です、残り炭を消して、再利用も出来そうですし、言う事無いです、有り難う御座いました。😀
こんにちは。ペレットは木片を圧縮しているし、粒粒の隙間に程良い空間（空気）があるのでよく燃えますね。今回のウッドストーブは塗料缶なのでペレット仕様ですね。細かく木材を裁断すれば使用出来ない事もないけれど、裁断は重労働です。ペール缶レベルの大きさだと薪などが使えますが。かつて田舎が五右衛門風呂だったころ、薪割り手伝っていました。キャンプで薪割り、バトニングのような楽しく出来たらいいのですが、終わりのない、無限の作業の様に感じました。そうなると薪一本いかに効率よく燃えてくれるかが切実に感じますね。🤔
@@camp2476 さん返信いっぱい有り難う御座いました✨、風呂釜戸、ドラム缶と プロパソガスの空きビンを利用して作りましたが１０キロボンベまだ大小２つ有るから作って見るつもりです、真ん中に空気網管は、特別ですね✨、周りに薪か竹をぎっしり積めても燃えそうです、一点集中の火柱が早く沸くコツかと思いますが、工夫しながら楽しみです、釜戸でも最小限度の燃料でやってますがやはり一点集中炎が決め手みたいです、有り難う御座いました。😀
こんにちは。色々DIYされており、素晴らしいですね。さて、今回の塗料缶の蓋の穴は初めは3ｃｍ径でしたが、不完全燃焼ぽくて、煙がちょっと多めでした。その後5cm径の穴にすると程良く燃えてくれました。今度作られるそうですが形も燃やす材料も違うので試行錯誤となると思いますが是非頑張ってくださいね。

空気穴全部塞いだ時に少し煙が見えていたのが気になったのですが。
炎は減って見えてもペレットから出る燃焼ガスが減っていなくて完全燃焼していないだけの様にも見えます。
内側缶底部のペレットに直接送る空気穴も絞れる様にすれば解決しそうに思えます。
ただ、燃焼ガスを絞るのは空気を送るのと違ってレスポンスはかなり遅れるでしょうが・・・。
２次燃焼側の空気を絞っただけでは燃焼時間はそれ程伸びないと思いますが、
ペレットへの空気を絞れればそれだけ長く燃やせる効果も期待出来るかな？
燃え方見ただけの勝手な想像なので、外していたらごめんなさい。
こんにちは。確かに外缶のスリットを下ろして吸気を絞ると高燃焼で燃えていたペレットがいきなり酸欠になるので、瞬間的には煙が出てしまいます。しかししばらくすると吸気の酸素量にあった燃焼しかしなくなるので、煙も徐々に減ってきます。おっしゃられるレスポンスの差が発生していますね。外缶の吸気取入れのスリットからの空気は二次燃焼穴、ペレット底空気穴、トーチ部空気穴に同時にいきます。スリットを閉じればそれなりの空気しか供給されないので、燃焼も弱くなり燃焼時間も伸びると思います。ペレット底空気穴を絞り、二次燃焼穴は解放し（酸素量大）だと燃焼は小さいですが、小さいなりの完全燃焼に近くなるのでしょうね。
いろいろな考察、参考になります。ありがとうございました～。😀
思ったんだが、風力調整する弁がしたにある。
開けたら上の蓋の真ん中しか開かない。
で、閉めたら菊字状に蓋が開く。
ってのはどうだろう。
燃費を犠牲にしても、ウッドストーブで火力調整でき…。
必要ないか。ゆっくり過ごすアイテムなのにガスのように調整出来ても意味ないよな。
必要ならもうあるだろうし。
こんにちは。貴重なご意見ありがとうございます。このウッドストーブも色んなパターンで手を加えて燃焼させました。火力の調節もやりましたが、空気を絞る事なので、この手の直接木を燃やすものは煤や煙が出てしまう場合があります。炭ならいいし、ガスなら全く問題ないですね。おっしゃられるようにこの手のウッドストーブに火力調節にあまり意味がなく、市販品はほとんどないですね。薪ストーブは調節有りますが、煙突で煤、煙をにがせていいのですが。😀
