That's a well equipped workshop you've got there 👍 as an ex sheetmetal and fabricator would have loved to have that 😉👍 oh , did you mig & tig it together ?
It is made to heat a work space with waste oil: like used cooking oil, motor oil, or other. It is not legal in a house in some areas. There are other waste oil heaters builds that use forced air from an electric blower that burn a blue flame and complete combustion. This design does not have: 1. complete combustion, inefficient. 2. Takes the air from the room to feed the burn. Not effective, as it takes the hot air from the room and sends it up the chimney.
Great design. I might have to copy it with a modification. Run your 1 inch vertical square tubing pieces (7 pieces) longer. You want them even with the bottom of the burning chamber and they should extend a few inches above the large horizontal flue. You will then have a more pronounced temperature different inside those vertical tubes which will create a natural upward airflow through these tubes. It will help mix the air in the room evenly - without the need for fans.
Fefkalade güzel. HELAL OLSUN. Büyük profil ölçüsü küçük profil ölçüsü kaç cm .profil et kalınlığı kaç cm .birde kaç cm uzunluğund kesmemiz gerekiyor. yapmak istiyorum kendime. belki tekerlekde takarım 4 tane .bacayı kapalı yerde dışarı çıkarmak gerekirmi .
So you made a small version of a smudge pot. If you would have not restricted the exhaust flow. It would have chuffed once it got hot enough and burned even more cleanly. I know this because I have a vintage smudge pot.
Depends. I have a very good set of verniers I would never use to mark anything.. I also have a very cheap set I call my very nears that I'll happily use to mark with.

I love the rocket stove inspired type design. Simple burn tray and not a burner plate with a lot of complex disks, columns, air nozzles and such.
Now incorporate a mass to store heat.
That is awesome! any chance you could provide plans and/or material list? Thx
you freehanded the f outta those plasma circles, nice
thank you for sparing us the welding sessions. The rest is way more interesting and you're pretty good at it. a kind of art. Great
Thank you!

Very high level skills. I wonder how many people worldwide can make one of these.
This is not a very complicated design.
Nicely done, love the work you put into this. Does it emit any kind of odor?
In the workshop where the machines are located, the smell of machine oil is not very noticeable)
Any bad smells once you have the exhaust properly finished to outside?
There is a slight smell of oil.
May I ask how long 1 litre would burn for?
From 1 to 1.5 hour
What size square tubing did you use? That slick for sure. How large of aria would that heat?
Square pipe 100*100. Horizon - 500mm, vertical 400mm. Designed for 25-30 sq.m.
Great to see that we all make mistakes. Props for keaving the little goof with the covers in.
Excellent fabrication bro 🇬🇧👌

🇺🇾¿Existe problema de olor en estas estufas?
Can I buy one? And do you need to vent this through the roof or outside?
I need to get this mount design for the bench grinder that was slick rust removal
What type of Metal Tubular your using?? GI or BI??
Where did you purchase that bulkhead (drain bolt)? Located at the 6:19 mark. I cannot find that brass piece anywhere.
We have no problem buying this part- "INSERT INTO A TANK".
Where does it vent to???
His lungs, it appears...
Green Party left the chat 😂
😄
Protesters jealous theycan't do this, and would happily burn whatever they can inprivate
Fuck the green party , libtards are good for nothing , zero.
Nicely done, but why not just use a smudge pot?
How do you turn it off if it still has oil?
Interesting design but the fumes containing Carbon Monoxide are not vented outside of the workshop.😳
nice work pal
Are these for sale?
Not for sale.
Be nice if you offered plans & supply list.
I assembled it without drawings.
hi friend i want this stuff how do i get one? Please
Harika bir işçilik ellerine sağlık usta
So kool. Thanks for sharing 👍
Que máquina es y para que sirve, muy bien trabajada muy pulida, lo felicito

I assume this is used outdoors?
Unless you want carbon monoxide poisoning.
Красиво. У нас всё проще. Результат не хуже.
Awesome will need to build one on the farm we are moving to.🙏 Sell me the plans.
No plans
Tried same design and it smokes a lot even with proper chimney...
Are you selling these
No.
Does anyone sell these?
No.
How much $, where can I buy?
Awesome!
teşekkürler
So it's pretty much like an old Orchard salamander

Es hermosa 🤩
Neat design but thats going to stink like oil and smoke with all those holes

you had me up until you used the fuckin verniers as a scribe lol
does look good though
why? fabricating for 40 plus years i use a caliper to scribe all the time. course i use cheap one for that.

Vernier isn’t a marker,poor welder.?

Yes, congrats to this good job ..🤣🤣🤣
It`s very healthy to breath this outcomming shit !!!
You are for shure NOT the lightest Light on Earth ..
So polluting. By a natural gas stove geeeej
Good move for the environment, really a briljant idea. NOT!!!!!!!! Waste oil should be recyceled not burned!
I thumbed down your comment 👎
Sure they burn waste oil to dispose 🤔
Why bother watch a video if you're not into it?
@@blazerunner2051 to see how stupid people still are!
@@SuperDionlee NO they don’t, it get recyceled!
