Hahaha this deink is trashy but I love it. I was in Galsgow over the weekend (St Paddy's day). All the young girls were ordering this. I thought it may have been a St Patrick's day special but I asked the girl next to me what the drink was and decided to get one myself. I had 4 in the space of an hour. Little did I know how potent it would be 😂 💚
This video is really well made and it's very entertaining man, good shit. It's pretty funny how obvious your disdain for Venom is but that just adds to the entertainment value imo.
That green is AWESOME. It looks like something out of this world with how it's showing up as neon. Perfect drink for a Saturday night although the mix of alcohol and caffeine is tricky over here in the states.
I don't know how you don't have more subs, I can already tell that these videos are well edited, and they're both informative and funny. And as someone from Scotland, it really depends on the place that makes them, if you go to ten different bars and ask for a venom, they'll all turn out tasting and looking different, it really depends on the place
Thanks I appreciate the kind words! And yeah it’s a super versatile drink - a lot of times I’ve found that ‘venom’ simply means the house cocktail that comes in a pitcher
I didn't go to nightclubs (preferred pubs) at 18 when I drank to get drunk, but one of my pals went on about Venoms and I decided to make my own (then) low budget version by ear. The recipe for this 'Mad Green Glowing Slosh' is as follows : 1 bottle of Blue Powerade Some Orangeade for colour and flavour A 35cl bottle of Bell's whisky 1/3 35cl bottle of cheap vodka (not nastily cheap) Mix these ingredients together in a bowl and pour into bottles for keeping in the fridge. Tastes very sweet, fruity and a bit mysterious, almost like something you'd get served as a "magic potion" at a weird fantasy LARP festival by a grinning, long-haired eccentric wire-bearded barkeeper in a robe and tunic with pointy, up-curled boots, who'd rasp : "This water is special!" I recommend it if the sweetness is not unbearable to you (it is to me now), and the kick catches up with you.

Oh no... as soon as I saw the WKD, I knew we were in for a bad one... although that reconstructed version sounds so much better
Yeah it’s trouble 😂 The reconstructed one could maybe use a bit of lemon or something - a bit of a work in progress but it’s a lot more interesting
