How to build your own 4 tire deflator and inflator kit. Air down or air up 4 tires at once! Great for off-roading and great for track cars that get driven to and from the track.

Put this together tonight. Best rig I have seen and smartest way to put it altogether. Tested for leaks and ready for the trail. I did use a quick connect to attach a small air compressor connector to the outlet section. Air down and up with a valve stem compressor fitting.

Instead of brass parts use the PP snap on snap off quick coupling.I made one using these for my 4x4 Thar.Working without issues

Can go wrong with brass fittings, they'll last for years. We've used them on tow trucks, fire trucks, tire servuce trucks & maintenance trucks. Shouldve used 3/8" lines & fittings

I understand that it’s currently using the overall PSI but what would happen in your opinion (all in the know) if one tire was 20 psi while the the other 3 were 32? Just want to be able to understand the setup and how it would work in this scenario. Use inflating and deflating if possible. Thanks!!

Thats not how physics work. if all the tires are connected through the air hose, as soon as that valve is opened the pressure in all 4 will equalize. so given the psi for the tires you gave, the pressure for all tires should equalize to approximately 29 psi or slightly less if you account for the loss in the air hoses.

Do you have to connect all 4 tires for this to work? Can I plug in just one side to the manifold and air up or does it require both sides as it's blocked off by the haltec chucks

All of the links are listed. Click on the links and check the current prices. Prices fluctuate. It's not that difficult.

Question: Are the tire chucks you used open or closed? I can't use the Haltec due to my valvestems so I need to get the old school single lock version...but I'm not sure if I need open or closed version.

They're going to need to be closed. If it's open it would leak out of the disconnected valves while you're connecting each tire.

Why not utilize the quick connects that came on the circular brass part?

Assuming to just save a little bit of cost when it doesn't really need to be there. But I'm kind of with you, might as well spend another $6-10 to be able to quick disconnect each side.

Can you give us a Parts list please?
As I disconnect these, what keeps the air in a Connected Tire as I disconnect other tires?
Do I just have to RUN?
Any of these connectors not flow once they are disconnected?
    Thank You!

Closed valves will not let air out until they're engaged on a valve stem.
