Otacon's Bad Proverbs: Codec Calls (Metal Gear Solid 2)

No commentary, just a collection of codec calls I've gathered (:
Upon Saving, Otacon will provide you a Chinese proverb, just like Mei Ling in Metal Gear Solid 1. However, he only wrote down the proverb, not the interpretation. This leads to some unconvincing attempts to provide Snake with some advice.
