The part where you talk directly to the girl struggling with being pregnant going through a breakup had me crying 😭 it’s like a one of those comfort voice notes from a best friend that makes you feel better. You’re so kind and beautiful ❤

I felt like the only person who broke up with their child’s father during their pregnancy. It’s a situation that no one ever sees coming. My daughter’s dad cheated on me during my pregnancy and I moved across the country to birth my child with my mom as my support. It was embarrassing and stressful. The most important thing is that my daughter is healthy and we are both happy; just the two of us. I hope whom ever has shared this experience heals and finds happiness within.

My partner and I split during my first pregnancy. The heartache was truly awful. Crying daily. The fear of parenting alone absolutely terrified me. But I can't believe looking back how incredibly strong and empowered it made me. I think I was even a better mother for it...amazingly enough!
We are back together now (which I know is not always the outcome) but I'm grateful for the struggle because I will never settle for less again. I know my strength and power and I know I'm an amazing mom. Thank you for sharing your answers with us Carli. God bless you and Lorenzo. ❤️❤️❤️

Same with Carli, obviously no woman in their wildest dreams want to be a single parent.. but you never know maybe she was miserable and saw a different person when she became pregnant.

As someone who was in two different physically, mentally and just a horrible relationships with men. And a not so great childhood (s/a) I never thought I would find someone. I've met my match. I'm now doted over, loved, appreciated and treated like gold. I am also newly engaged. We accept the love we think we deserve was a quote I lived by for awhile. I know my worth and you all should too. You are worthy. Say that to yourself everyone. Carli everything you are saying is resonating with me and my current life… The therapy, the boundaries, the frustration of failed relationships, the wondering if there are honest men who don’t cheat, the wanting to meet someone naturally and not online -but work from home n don’t go out much 😟 all of it!! It makes me feel better to know someone as gorgeous and well put together as you is also going through the same stuff so thank you for sharing.

Thank you so much for sharing with us about your therapy/counseling sessions and being HUMAN with us. Even sharing about your anxiety that you didn’t know that you really didn’t have until recently as well.
You touching on self love, setting boundaries and putting aside ESSENTIAL time for yourself is SPOT ON!!! It also triggers my anxiety, but also depression, when I over book, over commit and run myself ragged for things I don’t even want to be doing in the first place.
I will definitely be using that tip ti ask for 24 hours before giving an answer about a situation I’m not sure about. Thank you Carli 🤍
I had an older wise woman tell me. You have to love yourself. We all think we know what that means, right? But, you wouldn't let anyone treat someone YOU love poorly. Mom, dad, brother, sister, your child, you wouldn't allow anyone to disrespect them. You have to treat yourself the same way. I literally let go. Stopped looking. Prayed a very specific prayer. Or put out into the universe the very specific needs and wants in a partner. My list was literally 10 miles long lol but when my husband found me. Every single thing I prayed for. I saw in him, and I just knew without a doubt he was truly sent to me. I have been a subbie of yours for years, and I also pray your person finds you ❤️
My mom and dad met at a grocery store when teenagers and were in love for 4 decades until she passed away in 2005 at 56. Till this day my dad never looked for anyone else as that was his sweetheart.
This is so nice to see. My parents also met as teens and were together until she passed at 41. 20 years later and my dad has also not remarried. It’s a beautiful reminder that true love is real. God bless you and your Dad. 🤍

I’m 31 years old and for sooo long I’ve struggled with boundaries always been a ppl pleaser always said yes when I’m reality I wanted to say no and have created scenarios in my head that we’re not realistic or necessary truth. It’s taken me so long to work on my self and this video helps a lot and a fresh reminder that I am not alone or the only one with these kind of struggles in life. I always thought it was me that I was the problem but in reality it was because I didn’t get the chance to know myself and love myself enough to set boundaries and respect for me. I love you and been following since the beginning. Thank you for growing up with us ❤
Carli I feel you on everything you say!!! I put into the universe you will meet someone at a country music concert or a musician. Possibly someone who is at Starbucks!!! My friend once told me “girl who are you going to meet the burglar that breaks into your house”! Lol . Carli all I can say is do all the things you love to do. Oh and write down all the wonderful things you want in your husband and be SPECIFIC!! I did and I enjoyed single life practiced self love to the point that I didn’t even want anyone! But I wrote down what I wanted in my future husband, and I prayed for him everyday. I prayed that he was loved,safe,that he thought of me and then I prayed that he would make it safely to me closer and closer each day. Guess what Carli where I prayed was in the gym everyday!! And then guess what he walked up to me in the gym❤️. I never told him I wrote of him and I never told him I prayed for him. But one day I will. All in perfect timing. Also I was a single mom of a boy ❤️. It’ll happen and I can’t wait until it does❤️.

I am a fearful avoidant, leaning more towards anxiously attached. I just started seeing a mindful meditation therapist that is educated in attatchment styles. I encourage everyone to work on your attachment style (work to be securely attached) because if you don’t address it and heal, it will always always always pop up in every relationship you have in your life. It really is fascinating stuff. All has to do with your childhood

The problem with ghosting is with them. The problem nowadays is we women we’re strong we have our own money we run businesses we run households we take care of kids. We can do for ourselves. Men are very intimidated by that , and then if you throw beauty into the mix they say we’re unapproachable when they don’t get to know us on the inside.
Nah, not really. That's copium speaking. They're just not that into you and that's ok.
Like women, they're allowed to not feel it or not think you have what they're looking for too no matter how great you are or think you are.

NOT ALL MEN!!! .SOME MEN...are intimidated...phrases like that are why I hate alot of what feminism has turned into...and phrases like that means the new generations of boys are already being told phrases such as ALL MEN completely unfair towards the future baby's of this world...this attitude is unhelpful.
Men could care less about how successful women are. If they are ghosting they are either married or don't want you period whether its a wrong fit they are not ready etc. Not because you are too good 😂

I was broken up with once I got pregnant as well. Such I hard thing to go through when having a baby is such a beautiful thing. It is nice to know that other women have gotten through the heartbreak because in the moment and even after it can be very hard. ❤️

Carli - you are amazing :) Trust that God has His plans for you. I have been married 20 years and my husband was far from what my dating criteria was. He loves God and his family and even through the hard times we have overcome. I truly believe that there are good men out there and that the right guy will come along. I pray daily for my daughters that their path is full of joy, success and love. I'm sure your father is sending his angels to watch over you and your beautiful baby boy and is watching out that the right person will be filling your days with the love you deserve. I may not be in your shoes but the struggles are there in the matter of our daughters health but am thankful that she is in my life and what comes with it. You don’t know how much you just healed my heart. I’m in therapy for the something! I’m learning boundaries too and to me it can be hard because I’m such a loving libra and I realize I need to watch who I give my time and energy to! I hope you are able to still keep those healthy boundaries and that people respect you and give you the energy and love you deserve!

The one thing about Carli that I loved the most is that she really knows truly and deeply who she is. And I feel like everyone that she’s been with wanted her to be some thing that she didn’t want to be or wanted her to change in that wasn’t true and authentic to herself. She needs a man to complement her, and to make her even better than she already is, but by being better together, and not changing the things that he doesn’t like about her.
Knowing even Carli has been ghosted honestly makes me feel good… as bad as that sounds. Ghosting is a HUGE self esteem hitter
One thing I learn from my past relationship (Horrible experience :( ) was that NEVER settle anything for less. You deserve someone better! Let them change for themselves. Don't ever hope that he will change after the mistake he has made (cheating etc) coz I've been there it sucks. But yeah throughout the healing, I've learn to love myself more. I pray for you Carli! I left my boyfriend when I was 4 months pregnant. I was so young and scared. He turned very possessive and I no longer felt safe with him. The pain I felt after feeling betrayed by my own child’s father was so intense, i really thought I was going to die. I had my beautiful daughter and decided to not put his name on the birth certificate. Best decision I’ve ever made. Honestly, The happiness and freedom of raising my daughter alone is immeasurable and FAR outweighs the feeling of pain I felt about losing him. It actually makes me laugh to think I ever felt anything at all. Because what I feel for her IS my world. There’s absolutely no room for anything else besides her. That was 15 years ago, and I’ve never regretted my circumstance once in all those years. I actually consider myself lucky and sometimes feel sorry for other women who have to raise their kids with some man. Ew. Haha

I too just got out of a relationship of 7-8 years, have a 6 year old boy with ex partner and we are co-parenting.
100% since scrolling through tictok and all these videos on trauma bounds and attachment styles. I too didn't believe I had these things until I watched those types of videos
Same with anxiety, I always thought I didn't have it too and thought I letting go/controlled the voice inside my head well and discounted with emotions. It's only since the breakup with my son's father I've tuned into my emotions and really felt everything which has also caused anxiety. So you're not alone x
