    I'm so glad yours is the first video that popped up when i googled! I've just gotten my machines for Christmas, and have stuck to tubes, but wanted to try panels, but everyone that I've seen online that's tried has been frustrated by the edges, so I'm so grateful for your pointing out the humps - I never would've been looking at them, and would've given up, too!

      Mine was doing the same thing. I noticed what the end needle was doing across the three empty needles. The stitch comes up and gets all fiddly. I found an answer to some of the problem, at least it worked for me. Instead of leaving the three needles empty I left 4 needles empty.

    I've had my sentro for going on 3 years and have avoided flat panels because I kept drooping stitches, it annoyed my OCD so bad I put it in the closet and haven't touched it, now I think I'll try again, I can hand knit, loom knit, but this thing annoyed the holy crap out of me because the videos I kept finding were confusing to me, thank you for making this video and going so slow, I have a TBI and memory loss so I tend to learn very slow, but once it's in my brain, if I keep doing it it'll stick because my memory is messed up, thank you again

    • @SnufflebeanYarn
      @SnufflebeanYarn  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Stockinette stitch will always naturally curl, as there’s no way of doing another stitch along the edges with these machines you’d need to either crochet an edge on afterwards or pick up and hand knit some stitches

    Thank you I’m going to try this in the morning what can you make with panels x

    • @SnufflebeanYarn

  • @Simply_Farrah222
    @Simply_Farrah222 ปีที่แล้ว

    So the problem I have is, you know the part where you had to use that hook to drag the yarn back down because it wasn’t caught onto the thing @ 6:50? Well I keep having to pull it down after ever round I do and it’s super annoying. How do I stop it from doing that?

    • @SnufflebeanYarn
      @SnufflebeanYarn  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can attach a weight of some sort to the bottom of your work to help give a bit of weight to it so it hangs down better and stays on the hooks.

    • @SnufflebeanYarn

      @susansays5627 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@SnufflebeanYarn Thanks for that, but it isn't joining them together that I need - it's how to make the ends look neater. The cast off end always looks sloppy and loose. I've started just putting them back on to knitting needles and just casting them off the traditional way, but there are still problems with that way too. When I saw you mention there werer a few options, I thought I might be able to find a good one, as so far I'm not really happy with the way they end up.. Thanks anyway :)
