But Coming out of the blocks and during the first couple of steps I don't want to open my elbows all the way out (as I have done for many steps earlier) as It makes my turnover rate slower and my air time longer. Thinking of this for the first steps might make me bend my elbows in the set position.
your sprinting style is very frequency dominant. I like it! It's probably that way because of your built and your awesome vertical stiffness/jumping power. And how can you sprint in those Aios shoes with the 4cm heel..
