This is a CPP so we can make engine commands by %. Minus 20 is 20% astern propulsion. Here Dead Slow is equivalent to 20% by pitch command. Can use various pitches 3%, 5%, 8%, etc. as to your desired speed. By Fix propelled command is only DS, Slow, Half, and Full. (Ahead / Astern)
