In fact, I would like to say that in China's May 1st Labor Day and National Day really do not go to the scenic spots, the experience is too bad.
We Chinese can't help it. We only have three long holidays a year. So there will be a lot of people, and if we can, we will avoid these festivals and travel

To be honest, I watched this episode of your program with non-stop laughing. admire from my heart, It takes a lot of courage to join the wave of tourists during a long holiday in China, but one good thing about China is that no matter how many crowds there are, they are well managed and there is no need to worry about pickpockets or extortion, this is where I can't found in tourist attractions at most countries.

Greetings from Singapore! I'm amazed by your China series, it seems that there are endless things to explore! I have been waiting everyday for a new video! If you are interested in speaking or learning Mandarin (Putonghua) you may start with using 'hanyupinyin' such as how you just said 'hongyadong'. It's extensively used in countries like mine where we've been Westernised and most of the citizens can't read Chinese characters anymore. It's like the English version of Chinese and they do have it on Google translate. Think of it of something like translating Russian Cyrillic alphabets to Latin Alphabets.
Visiting China is definitely on my bucket list and I think it will take at least a year to travel to all the states! Hope you guys are enjoying yourselves! 😍🤩

16:41 The pork bun you had is not a sichuan dish. It's from shaanxi province with the name肉夹馍, AKA the famous roujiamo, pronunced "Roger Mooer". Literally means "meat stuffed bun".
The pork was cooked for three hours with twenty secret ingredients. There are two versions of the bun, one is original non-greasy version (the white bun) and extra-crispy-greasy version (the brown bun). You had latter.
Roujiamo is a shaanxi specialty, but you can find it in almost all northen style noodle restaurant, like the one you are in. But the most genuine ones are to be found in shaanxi restaurant.
Xi An is the Capital of shaanxi, my hometown. Famously for Its noodles and other mid west Asian style snacks. It's called the capital of carbohydrate.
    Welcome to explore Xi An!

This is sensory overload on another level. Honestly i feel that both you and we audience could benefit from a local guide. I found myself feeling stressed for you both. Is there any kind of a local guide or interpreter you can hire for a day or 2. China is a whole other ball game from what I am seeing. Just as you can see, Chongqing is built on mountains, so it's not very convenient for people to live there, but they do manage to build there happy life here. The buildings, the roads, et al.. It inspires me a lot. Chinese people (actually I think maybe every people in the world is the same) are not afraid of any difficulties because we do know that we can beat them with our hands

The view would be much better if you went to Hongyatong at night. It would also be more spectacular if you went to the same square at the beginning of the video at night, as the light show along the river bank would make the view second to none. In general, Chongqing looks better at night than at day time owing to its landscape and foggy weather. I guess you guyes have already left Chongqing, otherwise I would recommend a few places a lot less noisy and more serene.

In fact, Chongqing's population of over 30 million encompasses the entire municipal administrative region, which is comparable in size to a small European country. The administrative region includes urban areas, satellite cities, countryside, and mountainous regions. The popluation of the administrative region of Chengdu (much smaller in area size in comparison to Chongqing) is around 22 million. Actually, the populations of the central urban regions of both Chongqing and Chengdu are around 15 million. These two cities are similar in terms of their urban areas and populations.

You can find different shapes and flavours of Zhacai, some of them are covered with chilli powder and taste really spicy, and some that look yellow are not spicy but rather salty and even a little bit sweet.
