this is great, rolled a pyroclast mine sabo after seeing a vid about it being wild for league start the other day, i was just using the march of the legion boots for it, nice to see how crazy this build can scale when min maxed and approached the way you've done. Ive been desperately wanting some tankiness. solid info, definitely earned a sub here.
I have not personally tried, but here is my own humble opinion on why not: in my experience it’s not the attacks that are getting you. We are nearly evasion capped and WILL be evasion capped with the watchers eye. On the rare occasion an attack sneaks through we’ve got endurance charges and immortal call for physical damage, and the 20% reduced flasks for elemental damage. Attacks are very very unlikely to be our problem. Where we really need to be careful is places where you’re getting blasted with high volume spells in rapid succession. We’ve got suppression which is great and all, and we’ve got ghost dance for one off big spells like corpse explosions, but if we’re in RIPy content with lots of extra crit or ele pen or whatever, cutting the damage in half or even down to 35% is only going to go so far. At that point just the standard little trash spells spammed at you by mobs can get a little scary. We need avoidance, high base HP, and recovery. The flask tech goes a long way towards recovery but there will come a threshold where we can just get overwhelmed, where an individual hit, even a suppressed one, is taking away more than 5% of our HP and we’re getting hit like that a dozen times a second. Now in my experience, dying to that sort of thing is still rare as long as I’m not playing like an asshole (which I’ve been known to do). If I’m facetanking a “lethal” crucible mob without even trying to dodge, or a fully stacked expedition remnant with all the nasty mods, then yea I can definitely still get ganked. But fortunately if I’m making even a moderate effort to kite around I can take the sporadic spell hits that come in. I wish there was a better solution, but all I can think of is aegis+spell block which is way out of this builds league. Know what might be good? If I can squeak in another aura maybe make tempest shield the next one. Fully blocking a quarter or more of incoming spells could go a long way in those high volume situations even without the recovery on block from aegis.
did you do sirius, shaper or maybe even an uber variant of them yet with the current state of it? do you think you COULD do it in uber variant? :o or still missing too much damage?
You mean the megalomaniac? Well the nice thing about those is that there are a bazillion combinations and a lot of them can be useful. So it’s unlikely you’ll find the *exact* combination I’ve got there, but the good news is that if you are a bit flexible with your criteria you can probably get something reasonably cheap. So I’d say do a trade search with enduring composure as your one required element and start there. That trade search might already give you something useful. But if you’re only finding stuff with enduring composure and one other useful notable, you can add a second set of criteria to your trade search. Keep the criteria for enduring composure but add a second set of criteria as well. Change it from “and” to “count” and set the count to 2. Then just list a dozen or two dozen useful notables. Some will be strictly “better” than others in raw numbers but as Ling as you can get 3 notables that at least do SOMEthing and one of them is enduring composure, you’ll be in good shape. The other two can be stuff like Smoking remains, widespread destruction, prismatic heart, cremator, corrosive elements, magnifier, towering threat, vast power, aerialist, prismatic dance, untouchable, elegant form, heraldry, empowered envoy, agent of destruction……..and a lot more. Take a cruise through crafofexile.com and look at all the different cluster jewel notables for the different types of cluster jewels. Lots of inspiration there. Enduring composure is the important one, the other two are whatever good offense or defense you can find.
It does not, for a couple reasons. Number one is that pyroclast is a spell and vengeant cascade specifies in its text that it’s only for attacks. The second slightly more obscure (but still important to consider for other skills) reason is that pyroclast targets the ground, not a straight forward shot at an enemy, so things like pierce, fork, chain and return do not affect it.

thanks - build is great
Would love to see the final build/ guide ❤
is it worth stacking kintsugi and wind dancer?

@@buffalobaron wow thanks for all the detail! appreciate it

I can't get the voice jewel you're using
Are there any other workarounds?

does vengeant cascade work with pyroclast ?
