如果是黃豆也是方法一樣嗎?
@@user-og8zg4ox1o 甚麼豆子也可以自家養。eg. 紅豆、黃豆、黑豆、花生等等，種植原理類似養綠豆，不過收成期則各異。他們孵出來的芽苗比小豆子本身更富營養 呢！😘

I don't mind them cooked, but I love them in their crisp, raw state in salads. I leave the roots on as well. Though roots are removed from most veggies we eat, with sprouts, their taste and texture is just as delicate as the rest of the stalk. Removing them just ends up being a waste.

我用炊飯巾替代紗布，孔較紗布稍大一些些，很好用'，好清洗，可重覆使用．
自己孵的豆芽比市售的好吃太多了，而且又安心．強推．
炊飯巾好像不太吸水？紗布不能重複使用 是蠻傷本的，
個人經驗：炊飯巾雖較不吸水，但是蓋豆子的濕毛巾有滿含水份，所以也夠豆子吸收，一直以來我都是這樣做喔！
其實紗布也能重覆使用：刷洗乾淨開水燙一下，晾乾即可．（晾乾後，原本那些弄不掉的芽尾，待布乾了，它也乾了，抖抖刷刷就掉了．）
@@RosalinaKitchen 可以出一个视频把豆芽养成多一倍得大小直到长出绿豆吗？好像再看看啊，小时候没吃掉我就看着他再生出绿豆，然后忘了我是吃掉豆芽，还是放着不管

Using a tea kettle to grow the sprouts will be easier. The crowded space in a tea kettle will let sprouts growing bigger instead of taller.
