      Hey thanks! I liked it too! It's funny everything has evolved to all of this speed type~~ everything ~~ I was getting so many complaints in the past that "I talk too much" "My videos are too long" not to mention when I looked at the analytics, the attention span on my videos is like 1½ minutes max, so I thought "Why am I wasting my time on these lengthy tutorials when no one really cares? They all just want the recipes in the fastest way possible"
      So I changed my style a few years back...to super fast as possible recipe demos
      But for me~~ THIS is me...this is my style..I like to talk...I like to explain...I like to add story..so...I'll be doing this again this week with an apple strudel tutorial!
      Thanks!!

    Hello! The crust for me is the best part of the dessert. Is there a way to make it thicker?

    Going to ask a potentially stupid question, but if you want a top do you just double the recipe and divide the dough before chilling? I imagine the answer is yes but if someone can confirm I would appreciate it greatly!

    • @GretchensVeganBakery
      @GretchensVeganBakery  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes exactly correct, my recipe actually makes enough for a top & a bottom

    Vegan butter? Wasn’t that called margarine at one time 😆

    • @baxterandcotton
      @baxterandcotton 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      No, margarine wasn't vegan and often had a higher moisture content than a vegan versions of butter for spreadability

    Recipes probably come out wrong because you don’t give measurements with your demos
