Hey! I don't always comment but, I would suggest leaving your Purse/Wallet and home/car keys in your bedrooms at night! I have read that people have broken into homes, taken the keys from by the doors and then stolen vehicles all while people sleep! (EEP!) Anyway, The tray is a good idea but maybe not for the evenings?. Stay safe everyone and Thanks for another great video!

I stopped by a couple stores to see if I could find them because I think they are actually pretty stylish. But I couldn’t find them.
I NEED these fabric bags! I know exactly why I need them too. I’ve been to 5 DTs. None of the Employees including the Managers have ever seen them, or heard of them. They’ve been hearing about them a wee bit but they are not even on the order sheet things. So? ?
The pop lights yes always. There’s a clear plastic rectangle container with clear attached lid She had once that would be perfect to store craft smaller items and smaller Christmas stuff too... like the cloth bins, I’ve shown the pic of this too and same... not one boss has ever even heard of them let alone had them. It may just be certain regions, who knows
I had to come back and comment....I watched a video by The Minimal Mom after yours just now and she said the word FREEDOM in regards to a couple who sold all their belongings on Instagram. She instantly thought of...freedom. I was like, KATHRYN! 🤩💓 I’m on the decluttering journey at 41 for the first time FINALLY! Freedom is just so appropriate. I’m 72 yrs old this May. 9 months ago both my mother and husband died within 9 days of each other. I’d looked after Mum in my home fir 6 yrs and my husband for 12 yrs.
My beautiful Mum was 95+yrs old.
I’m doing lots of decluttering and re organising so I thought I’d stop by and watch.
I’m in Australia and we have no dollar store. We do have the same concept here in the “Reject Store”.
Problem is you can never go back for the same item as it’s likely not there.

I love the bins and the plastic bags with handles to make fun "kits" for my grand nieces & nephews! $Tree has great coloring books and stickers for little kids and I love making gift baskets for anytime of the year! Then the kids have a fun container also! $Tree also has the plastic large gift bags which looks very pretty & professional. I like to give little gifts to family for no reason, it just makes life so much better especially during these difficult times!

The no-fold basket method has been a total game changer for my son's closet. I used my cricut to cut pictures of what goes in the bin (pants, pjs, undies, etc) because he can't read yet, but now he can put it all away by himself

I have ADHD, which impacts my executive functioning, as well as anxiety and depression. I want to make a more concerted effort to declutter and organize my home, and discovering these videos has been a dream! Same here, Allison. I’m basically alone in a house that’s way too big for one person most of the time since my kids are grown & I don’t have a significant other. The 30 years of stuff that I’ve acquired is piled in storage bins everywhere from all of my past attempts to declutter. It’s so overwhelming! I can work my butt off cleaning & sorting for days only to have things even messier than they started because I can’t stay focused on one area at a time. This is my time to seriously make a change and get rid of EVERYTHING I am not using on a regular basis! My goal is to downsize to a tiny house or maybe even a small RV so that I can travel & live anywhere I want whenever I want. These videos are so inspiring and give me the confidence to declutter my life. My best wishes to you on reaching your goals too!❤️
Me too! It's such a struggle and it doesn't help that I start feeling so ashamed like I'm not a good mom because I'm so disorganized which starts a downward spiral because I get even less done and that makes me more depressed and around and around I go. These videos have given me motivation I haven't had in a long time! I love that she has tips on how to make things more simple. Like instead of beating myself up for not doing things the traditional way I can change it and do it completely differently but just as effectively. When I saw the tips about not folding laundry I almost cried as that is one of my biggest struggles! It never occurred to me to come up with an alternate way of storing mine and my kids' clothes! Thanks for your comment it helped me feel less alone and thanks Kathryn for bringing some hope into my life.

I just found her. I’m trying so hard to learn to organize and declutter. Having three kids has turned my house into just too much stuff. I keep my house clean but it never has that beautiful organized look I always dreamed of so I’m hoping to use her tips with the baskets, cubes, and things to get rid of to make my house feel less stressful and something I can be proud of ☺️

I would say for people who have too much "stuff" and/or kids, this is good advice. If I have storage, I use transparent tubs/totes so I immediately know the contents. Also, in many cases, a basket or container takes up more room than the actual product, such as in the food pantry.

Have you tried going to different locations? There's a few in my area that are way better than the ones closest to me. I will go to the "better side of town" and go to their dollar stores lol.

I’m home now and no longer have pneumonia thanks to the great antibiotics but now I have these strange nodules that have appeared in my lungs so they are working hard to figure out what this is. Biopsy shows no cancer, but these nodules are painful - many tests pending. Thank you for your kind words!!! 😊😊

Jef Rossman I am so terribly sorry about the loss of your dear wife. I’m sure there are just no words to describe the pain from such a loss. I will keep you in my prayers. 🙏 I sleep a lot right now, so if I don’t respond, I’m probably asleep. I’m wanting them to figure this all out so we can find the right treatment to get this nodules to shrink. They are painful and make me cough. I’m a non-smoker, so I just don’t understand why my lungs have been targeted with all these problems. Steroids might be the answer but they don’t want to just guess and prescribe things until they know what they’re treating. I hope to have better days ahead. ☀️☀️☀️Bless you, bless you, for being so kind. I’m going to eat supper and then rest a bit. I will pray for blessings to come your way. 🙏🙏☀️ and I thank you so much! Been looking for a cheap but nice and sturdy black tray for my bathroom shelf. Didn't think of Dollar Tree because usually theirs are a little flimsy but now I'm going to search the ones in my area for the ones in this video and just spray paint it black! Also, my word for the year is GROWTH.
