  • We are taking a driving tour to get a feel for the neighborhoods in Sierra Vista. This video takes us from Coronado Road on the East to Buffalo Soldier Trail on the West. I tried to hit every development in between to give you a feel for what housing looks like here. As always, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out!

    I’ve lived all my live in VA but my mom was a kid in SV from mid 70’s to early 80’s. Now I get it why spring here is so shocking to her with our riot of colors and allergies. I really like the muted colors and pops of green y’all have!

    I luvv those Columnar trees. They look real cool standing high as if they're watching over the neighborhood. Nice video. Thanks. *-----Q-----*

    I don't see many people out walking in the neighborhoods. Do people not go for walks there?

    Can you put down time stamps for each neighborhood and median home prices?

      Yes, we have all sizes of lots available. The larger lots are mostly located out of city limits, however. I can go into more detail in an email. Scott@sierravistahome.com

    Looks like a typical neighborhood to me. Could be any where.

    Dang. I am down South and was really looking at this area, but this video sealed the deal. Not even in my top 25 anymore. Does it all really look that bad? From the grass growing up in sidewalks to burglar fencing everywhere and cars just parked any direction they feel like, it just doesn't give that honey I'm home feel. Looked like half of the palms were dead too. And the roads. Do they ever pave them? Sorry, but even the estate areas look more like just houses and people crammed together. Just ugly. More chain link than midtown Detroit.

    Wherever I end up moving to in Arizona I will not do HOA, I don’t care how inexpensive they are I don’t believe in them.

    • @chelseahill1257

      I’m torn on it. If it were a house I’d probably not want HOA but my condo….I love not having to do yard work or any outside maintenance and I have almost 24 access to the pool, gym, game room and clubhouse…but I think the cost contributes to the housing crisis. Currently in my complex it’s $217 a month. And that’s low end. So if you get the mortgage to purchase you never know if five years down the road you can still afford to live there

    I don't get why there are not fruit trees planted everywhere with all that year round sunshine?

    • @davidporter7051
      @davidporter7051 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Are you going to pay for irrigation?

    • @truthrecon4404
      @truthrecon4404 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@davidporter7051 Well I see plenty of scrubby looking trees that could as easily be fruit/nut producing trees. Look up "Primal water", there is no water shortage, just a drilling and distribution challenge.

    • @davidporter7051
      @davidporter7051 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It rains about 14 inches of rain a year there. There will not be fruit trees everywhere supported by primal water in this arid climate.

      Too many freezes. Frost kills citrus.

    • @GardengalAAA
      @GardengalAAA 2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      I recall reading that scorpions are abundant in citrus groves. So no fruit trees please!
