    This video might be poor in quality but is extremely valuable. This video was shot in 2015 but fast forward to 2021, your video quality has improved a whole lot! now that's growth!
    Thank you Shomu.

    Hi, maybe I missed it, but I am curious about what the importance is of determining the compartments of the cell where the antigen is being produced. How does this help? Thanks.

    Well explained but immunocytochemistry involves still many more steps...like aspiration PBS washing permeabilization etc..try to add that sir

    this is great, but just one question: i thought a secondary antibody is what carries a fluorescent tag. He doesn't talk about a secondary antibody.... Is the substrate he talks about a secondary antibody?

    • @abdulkadirmohamed1120
      @abdulkadirmohamed1120 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      secondary anti body it can be mono or polyclonal antibodies labeled with enzyme , frourochrome and so on

    It is interesting color (frequency) replicates a cellular modulation as a signature, thus enabling our visionary sense to deduce a marker for disease... curious at the genetic manipulation what controls the time frame for a favorable outcome, especially when at the cellular metabolism of surrounding cells...a cut n past approach seems more feasible in some applications of disease ....sry my observation as an uneducated interested observer of science... 'peace and love always' .... Wanna buy a new liver??? ...we create and repair tissue for longevity lol ... next???
