    Great lecture! I liked how you quickly gave an overall explanation of immunoprecipitation, and quickly moved on to more complicated related techniques like co-immunoprecipitation and pulling down. Very helpful!

    17:00 So, in the end, bait is interacting with A because our bait is designed to only interact with A and not Y? in this case, then we already know our answer to have designed bait that only interacts with A and not Y. How does this answer the question of which molecules bait do actually interact with if we design a bait that has affinity to A? or is it that bait is basically unknown and we just tag it with fusion protein to see which protein it binds to in the end?
