Hello, thanks for watching. I love the switch from metal to vinyl and the actual window seal finished look. I wasn’t sure anyone would want to see the basic install on the outside window, but maybe I should have went over that more, sorry. I did use putty tape on these one, though sometimes I do caulking if we are trimming over the flat screw heads as the putty tape seems to make them stick out a little more. Thanks for the comment.
Did you say anything about the window opening dimensions? Was it 46x54 and you put in 2 single hung windows to replace 1 MH window? Thats what it looks like.

There are ‘mobile home’ window companies yet really any of the large store like Home Depot or Lowes can special order sizes that you give them. Me here in Colorado, I like to use ‘Mobile Home Parts 4 U’. I would suggest doing away with the metal type and going to a double pane vinyl of course if that’s not already on the agenda. I’m sorry I don’t understand the question. We use laminate flooring material, ripped down to the correct width to make up the ‘window seal’ and trim the face.

They put the window in sometimes and then drywall what’s left of the window seal or the use boards like we did here and trim the face. I know it’s not much help but you just have to find a way to get to that stud measurement and the top to bottom.

You didn't show the actual removal of the original and you didn't show the installation of the vinyl window. ?

What kind of windows did you use? The brand? I have the same windows that u are changing out and would like to install vinyl windows.

So what do you use to lay down laminate flooring in the windows?

Didn’t show how to remove the exterior window. Mine doesn’t just screw on, it has an aluminum trim 🤷♀️
Hello, is there any screws at all? Can you tell is it glued in place? 99.99% of mobile home windows are screwed in from the outside.
