It is very sad what has happened to the housing market in Canada. Young people who don't have parents with money to help can no longer dream of having their own home. My husband and I will never own a home either though we have lived in this country our whole lives, my husband is 77 and still has to work, it's insane!
I’m sorry you feel that way. Would you be open to having a quick chat with our team and we can see how we can turn your dream of buying a home reality.
This is an amazing video. I love the way you ended it showing that sometimes what you think will work might not work out eventually. and always good to be sure a property is fully residential. You just earned a new follower.
@alphagroups working on my relocation to Saskatchewan soonest, I'll definitely contact you when I arrive so we see what real estate deals we can do together. Great work!
misleading title, Beisiker is not even close to Calgary whatsoever, its miles outside the place!!! You never even purchased the property so its just a slapstick attention grabbing video with no substance,, dissapointing :(
If you're looking to resell it ok... all those ren's are necessary ... but if you're looking to live in it... as is with a few minor ren's you do yourself...with paint, hammer & nails those expenses are drastic... very overpriced you could do most of the work yourself... I've seen plenty of youtubers who are doing most of the ren's themselves saving a ton of money along the way
My spouse and I are adding a variety of stocks/ETF to my present holdings for the long term, We've set aside $250k to start following inflation-indexed bonds and stocks of companies with solid cash flows, I believe it is a good time to capitalize on the market for long-term gains, but it wouldn't hurt to know means of actualizing short term profit.
Having an investment adviser is the best way to go about the market right now, especially for near retirees, I've been in touch with a coach for awhile now mostly cause I lack the depth knowledge and mental fortitude to deal with these recurring market conditions, I nettd over $220K during this dip, that made it clear there's more to the market that we avg joes don't know
This video was months in making! any feedback helps :)
I love it. Coupled with the music, its the mini getaway that I didn't know I really needed.
Excellent video, excellent info, excellent energy. I was just researching the cheapest properties in Alberta and this was very informative.
Truly appreciate the feedback

I am selling a 3 bedrooms house in Hussar for $20 000 , an hour away from Calgary.
Hi, what is you email?
Great video, but that is not Calgary....
Yes I can buy a home finally for 30000, not a 170 000$ house sold in 2001 that is now on the market for $698 000
Really a good deal. Difficult to find ..but anyways
Best of luck
Calgary is way to populated to have anything cheap like that anymore even that 30 thousand seems rare - willy 0

Calgary
So why not buy a way nicer house in Calgary for 100K down? You would spend the same, and have a far easier property to rent out.
What’s that $30 in USD? 😂
Probably a little more aha
@@alphagroups lol I enjoyed the video btw good work :)
