What a cute apartment setup! Love the mountain views as well. One suggestion I’d give you guys from personal experience is to never store your summer tires outside during winter. The drastic temp changes (especially in Calgary with our chinooks) from -30° to sometimes 10° can really damage the rubber and compromise the structural integrity of the tires. When we were initially renting an apartment, we stored all 4 tires of our Camry under our ikea malm bed. Not sure if your CX-5 tires would fit lol. Either way, indoor storage is important! Good luck and welcome to Alberta! 😁
I remember when TH-camrs would make two videos; one in their native language and one in English. I wish that would come back as I hate listening to people blend from one language into the next within the same sentence. It is annoying.
You guys must visit Edmonton..millwoods area in southeast Edmonton is no less than Brampton and vibes are amazing...totally desi Indian area and you get everything by walking distance
I must say this year a lot of things are going wrong. Gas is outrageous, food is high and rent is steadily going up. I think people are starting to be selective on what they spend, the economy is crazy right now! Sometimes I read about people making a whole lot, I love to earn as much if I could get help thanks.
The secret to financial stability is having multiple streams of income. I don’t know who agrees with me but either way I recommend either real estate or crypto and stocks maybe.
I diversify into other financial instruments too but majorly crypto. I really don't trade, I only invest with a professional assigned by a crypto company that trades for people and returns profits on weekly basis for me and you can invest your capital and get weekly Returns of investment (ROI) without any extra fees attached.

Very well setup and beautiful apartment Nishant and Tanu. Was waiting for your Apartment tour. Great video and very nicely explained. 🥰🥰🥰. Waiting for the part 2nd part of this 😃😃😃
Beautiful house, thank for sharing folks. A quick suggestion, don’t put the tires in direct sunlight, it will make the rubber hard and life will be reduced considerably. You may want to cover it properly if no other places to store.
Hey Nishant & Tanu, I must say I really loved your beautiful Mandir adjacent to your workstations; yes it absolutely does give positive vibes always 🙏👍 Loved your apartment too 😘
@INTHENORTHCANADA8 Thanks Nishant, we are already connected on LinkedIn. I'm keenly counting on 2023 for my 🇨🇦 PR with family; need your prayers brother 🙏🙏

Correct me if i am wrong, the dining table chairs you guys are using is from Costco ? If yes, please tell me from where did you guys get the cushion covers for that?
Hey, could you share a link where such an appartment could be rented or owner details, maybe. Also, some information about schools in the downtown. Thank you
In many walking videos I have seen that except Stephen avenue whole of Calgary downtown is empty and literally there is no one walking. Please make a detailed video on social life in Calgary downtown compared to Toronto. By the way loved your parents vlog series but sadly I don't think they will have the same feel while visiting calgary. Calgary just looks very much depressing please correct if i am wrong about Calgary.
I won’t say it is depressing. It is different. And everyone has their own personal choice. Yes I know people who are in Toronto and they never want to leave it regardless how expensive its getting. And there are people who don’t want to love in Toronto’s hustle bustle regardless they are earning $200,000. So it is all about your preferences. I would say one should visit the cities, weigh the pros and cons and then make a decision
@@InTheNorthCanada Actually I am planning to do a PG Diploma in Digital marketing and initially thought that I will do it from Calgary because everything is affordable there but when I started looking at lots of Calgary videos, I worried that I might be getting into a depression because of emptiness around me. but in Toronto, there will be people around me always. And in Toronto, there are lots of activities happening all the time which will make me feel busy and engaged. What is your advice for me should I study in the GTA region or Calgary? By the way, what are your thoughts on Ottawa?
Ottawa is not so happening.. If you like hustle bustle, partying then definitely go to Toronto as it would definitely be a lot more happnening. But make sure you weigh all the pros and cons from a practical stand point and safety as well. Recently there have been a lot of shootings/Gun violence in GTA region
Such a nice place. Must say a good choice. View is so amazing. Just today saw a video where a couple who was on house hunting, there were offered 1 bedroom apartment as 2300 to 2400 CAD. Also you will also be exploring nearby communities to book or buy a detached house.
Hello..can you please share the name of your apartment building. What are the current rentals for 1 bedroom apartment in downtown/ midtown toronto Appreciate it..thanks :)
Hi Guys, Do you mind sharing the link to this building. We are in Calgary and looking for place to rent. It would be a great help if you can help us with the link or address of the premise
Hi nishant,Saraswat this side, loved your video.Could u let me know which apartment you guys are residing as the place is quite nice. Thanks and would await hearing back.
Hi Nishant, what’s the name of the apartment? It would be great you share the complete info with the apartment name. - Downtown calgary has many apartment buildings so be precise in your videos. Thanks!
I am already staying in calgary downtown and I am thinking to move soon to another apartment. If you don’t mind, can you please share the name of the apartment as I really liked the space
It depends where you are in Canada. In Calgary, yes net 6200 is suffcient to survive comfortably. But in Toronto it might be a little difficult if you are the only working professional
You can find Tawa in Walmart. Also in North East Calgary all Indian stores are situated and everything desi is available. If you rely on public transportation only, catch CTrain from downtown and get off at Saddletowne Circle station you will find some Indian grocery/restaurants as well as Chalo Freshco at 2-5 minute walking distance. Hope this is of help
So generally in rental apartment buildings, there is a separate laundry room in the building itself. We will show all the building amenities in the next part of this video. Stay tuned!!
