Hi Madeleine, I really enjoy your videos and they're really the only videos i watch on pilates. Although these 10 min videos are helpful, I would prefer longer form content on pilates. Around 30-50 mins would really help and focusing more on full body. Thank you and keep posting wellness/fitness videos ♡

Normally I put my non working leg in the middle underneath my body instead of at my side and it helps me balance a lot better
