Hello I have two questions if I register a product with the FDA does that means that if someone is looking to see if I am FDA approved they will see who is my manufacturer ? Or what kind of information can they see ? Also my business is online and my personal address is my business address, can I put my personal address for the product registration and for the perfume box (packaging ) in my case can I put a P.O. Box address ? Thank you in advance.
When a brand lists their products, the Factory and FEI number is not public records - so they will also not be able to see that your product is FDA approved. Facilities are listed in FOIA, and shows that they have registered but the brands/products are not public record. P.O. Boxes should not be used, it should be a US domestic physical address to receive notifications.
