Great review. I just n'night my 2019 AT Adventure last week. Brand new and they were offering deep discounts. Especially with the Corona virus, they were eager to sell a bike...so I got it at a deeply discounted price. ;)

DCT is really comfortable for both. You will have no problem in mountains. :-)

Both bikes are different category! But both are great!
With atomatic it is only 10 kg lighter then xt1200z.
I have a tenere from 2011 and that is a fantastic bike.
Iceland or hiway work with no problem.
Bye a New T700 2020 but it is only for smaller roads. Its for sale after 1800 km! 😳😪
Will try AT dct. A mix of T700 and xt1200z 🤔

My first motorcycle with engine problems. My first motorcycle that gets tank slap on the highway. It’s up for sale if anyone wants it. Don’t worry about the engine knock and the occasional missfire/piston freeze during driving, Honda corporate says it’s normal!
Love the exaust sound of the adventure sports. No need for an after market exhaust.

Každý národ má svůj přízvuk (francouzi, korejci, angličané, američané). Je jasné, že když jsi čech a budeš poslouchat člověka, co má českou angličtinu, tak ti to bude vadit :D . Nicméně jak jsem už psal i na fb moje tvorba směřuje do zahraničí, kde mají většinou kladný feedback a dokonce se rozplývají nad tím, že mi jde všechno rozumět na pohodu. Nikdo zatím neřešil mou výslovnost. Takže tak.

Would be great to have a comparative Honda AT vs Yamaha Ténéré 700. Can't decide between this two :))
On sunday morning I will put there on my channel a video from test Yamaha Tenéré 700! Anyway, both bikes are perfect, but totally different category. Cant be compared. Tenéré is more for a sport ridding and Africa is better for traveling.

I never ride on BMW GS 1200R, so I cant answer, but maybe one day I will have it to test and after I will know.

zdarec, dost přemýšlím o ATAS ročník 2019, ale docela mě odrazuje výška, mám nějakých 177, co myslíš? Ve finále by to šlo vyřešit pomocí snížení sedla od Hondy.

Zdarec, mam 184 a musím říct, že to bylo tak akorát. Záleží taky, kolik vážíš kilo - jak sednou tlumiče, když na to vlezeš... každopádně nejlepší zajít do hondy a vyzkoušet. Nicméně se 177cm pokud máš skill, by se to ještě asi dalo, ale budeš muset stát na jedné noze...
Masz super motor. Jak będziesz we Wrocławiu to zapraszam do mnie na kawę.

one thing i dont like is the headlamp configuration ..
one beam at a time zzz ..hope fully they will have any aftermarket accessories headlamp that can support H4 type bulb
It's just matter of taste.. for me it was ok :-). I think that there will be some aftermarket accessories headlamp :-)
i just found one at taobao ..
twin headlamp set with project modification ...just need some minor wiring modification basically plug and play ..

1. Hello, DCT is really comfortable, but manual shifting with quickshifter is better for fun factor. If I had to choose, I would take Africa without DCT with quickshifter :D
2. I just tried to lift bike this way and it was easy. So for me good :-)

I ride the manuel Crf1000 2019 bleu without Qs and ask myself will i invest in it or not ?
the Qs is pricy ,what do they ask @ your dealer for the Qs?
Quickshifter is really perfect thing, it worth to investing in. I think it will be good to visit your dealer and ask on QS.

co je lepší tohle, nebo ktm 790 adventure R? nějak se pořád nemohu rozhodnout..
Pokud myslíš standartní KTM 790 Adventure (Ne R verzi), tak bych určitě šel do Afriky...
@@PavelRagnar myslim verzi R (je o dost lehčí než afrika a má lepší spotřebu) ceny jsou podobné, ale proslýchá se že se KTM dost sere. Jde mi spíše o kvalitu a spolehlivost.
@@miro333youtification R verze je víc sportovně nastavená než Afrika... Ale! Pokud ti jde o spolehlivost a kvalitu provedení, ber Afriku.. Je to jistota
Potvrdzujem, mám druhú sezónu presne takú Africu s dct 15.k.m, 0,0 problémov, zatiaľ iba prvý servis pred touto sezónou. Spoľahlivosť o ktorej sa hovorí je na mojom ATASe 100%. Áno je veľká, je ťažká (do terénu) a moje očakávania splnila NAOZAJ na 1000%. 😉
jen pro info jsem ještě čekal na novou KTM 890 adventure R, ale po získání informací myslim, že to je velký krok zpět, protože ta motorka nemá nic nového co by bylo užitečné. 10koní navíc jsou naprosto k ničemu, za cenu toho že je o dost těžší a má větší spotřebu.

I have both bikes - you cant compare GS 1200 with AT - becusa are completely different bikes. If you want more realistic test: GS 800 it is equivalent to AT
