    Breathing - that's why singing is such a good anxiety releaser. Join a choir! You also move when you sing in a choir. I am music director of the Johannesburg Queer Chorus (South Africa) and always start off with stretching and breathing - now I know why! My choir members always find practise an uplifting experience that they hugely look forward to every week. (Haha - your gesture at 20:42 is just like mine for the singing to stop - the choir calls it my "ninja chop".)

    Dr Suzuki is such an awesome and inspiring human. I'm so grateful for all of her contributions! And she's such a great speaker, I always feel better after watching her.

    Perfect contrast, he’s so calming. Could use his voice as white noise. While she’s so perky and you want to listen to her in the morning for inspiration and energy
