Lovely talk! I wish I had known Shavonne in my sixties - would love to know her today! Love to sit & have tea with her. That is one thing I miss - since the pandemic, it feels as if people do not want to spend "un- structured " time together. There is so much business & running around - perhaps because I and other people are so afraid to face death and the horrible void of loneliness which you can feel in the pit of your stomach. In my almost mid-70s, I am missing a partner so very much (mine died 10 years ago), I am missing the structure of having a job I like and one that makes me feel confident. I have been trying to turn to the study of Buddhism ☸ to help in this regard..But I so miss the wonderful sangha, the community of fellow Buddhist students I was part of in Brooklyn. I miss my city and my wonderful neighborhood. Anyway, it was very comforting to listen to Shavonne & I thank you very much for this interview and video!
Are the resorses only available if you've signed up to an event? I'm interested in seeing the studies about HRT and cancer, my Doctor won't prescribe it to me as I had cancer 9 yrs ago
