    Hi Peta! I've just begun series 4. For the neck exercise, when do we hold and freeze? We do that after 50 repetitions left, then we hold and freeze after 50rps left and so on?

I am having hard time doing some of these exercises the right way, but I get them eventually and I've seen so far that they work miracles each and every time I've gotten an exercise correct!     Hi Peta. In one of your answers you wrote this: "You can go to the playlists and learn the exercises for the series above and just do the routines as you would if you were exercising along with me." However, when I click on that playlist, all I see are five videos, and two of them are not even an excercise just some explaining. So where are actually the excercises I am supposed to do in series 4? Is it just eyebrow lift, chiseled jawline, how to get rid of smoker lines and how to remove neck wrinkles? those are the excercises, nothing else for this series? Thank you.

      Hi peta. I see that there are three parts to the neck exercise. Do I do 50 repetitions of each as I start-that is, do I press on the side of my neck 50 times, then the turkey neck exercise 50 times and then the other side of my neck another 50 times? Please clarify. Thank you very much

    Hi, Peta! Thank you so much for your nice teaching. Neck exercises should be in three directions 50 + 50 + 50. After two weeks when we increase the number of exercises from 50 to 100, do we do neck exercises 100 + 100 + 100 times?

    Hi please can you help me. I have always looked "good for my age" but over the past five years, I have suffered osteoarthritis to both hips. I had both hips replaced last year and am now fifteen weeks post op with the second. I don't know whether it was the pain but suddenly my entire face has fallen and I look terrible. I have printed off a face that reveals the facial muscles. Could you please direct me to your initial introductory video? Thank you so much.

      Hi Sabina, S4, 5 and 6 are in the gym, however you can learn the exercises from the playlists and then follow the routine as normal.

    Hi Peta, I have been ill and had a horrendous contact allergic episode in Sept 2016. It is only now I am well enough to resume my Facerobics. Do I need to start over with Level 1? I haven't done anything since Sept as I couldn't even touch my face. Ready to get started again! Thanks. Appreciate so much your instruction.

      Hi Shail, here is the Facerobics Program and how to follow it properly - renewme.com.au/where-to-start-and-how-to-use-the-facerobics-face-exercise-program-for-your-face-exercise-success/. With this program you must be doing a full face routine, if you don’t, you run the risk of causing more sagging and wrinkling of the skin. This is because the program is a very strong exercise program. Everything, along with the Exercise Along With Me videos are in the playlists on this channel. Make sure to work thru the series as instructed starting from Series 1 to Series 6. When you get to Series 6 (if there is not a new series) start at Series 1 again and move thru the program again. All of the explanation videos are in the information bar at the top right hand corner of the video, the little circle, just click on it, or in the playlists on the channel. Also if you haven’t already remember to subscribe and hit the notification bell also, as the program is forever evolving and you could miss out on updates. I would encourage you to go to the playlists and watch the beginner videos, and techniques before you start.

    Hi Peta when u do the .fist press in the front doesn't that cause wrinkles under the chin

      it will gather the skin which gives appearance of wrinkles because its all bunched up, but because you are doing a full face routine it works itself out. if you did this on its own, it would give wrinkles.

    Hi Peta, before I watched this video I made up my own routine for neck exercise. I would lay on the bed on my front with my head hanging off the end of the bed. I would lift my head up and down then do they same but laying on my back. Then again but laying side ways and lifting the head but lifting it side ways then swap other side. Hope this makes sense. My question is will I snap my neck or damage my neck doing it this way. It does feel more effective but I don't want to do it if it's going damage my neck. My neck looks like a blob and has no shape. I go to the gym and traps workout but not sure if this naturally targets the neck. Thanks

      Hi Tony, lovely to hear from you. I am thinking that possibly it might be too much for your neck as the head weighs about 15kg which is alot of weight for your neck to bear. Personally I would stop doing that, and try the EAWM Series that I offer on the channel. I have some really strong neck exercises that will be perfect for you in the series. Also, have you subscribed to the channel? If not, you may miss out on really important updates..... :-)

      Hi Peta, yes I have subscribed, I love the videos and thanks for the reply. I have another question, I'm a guy 39 and not too concerned about getting the youthful look at the moment. I'm more interested in accentuating my features. Does your full exercise routine help with that for a male or are they specifically designed for women to gain youthful looks? I dont have wrinkles or drooping sagging bits so I feel like some of the exercises might not apply to me. I'm just basically wanting to make my features more prominent, for instance stronger jawline, thicker neck, prominent brow ridges etc.. (more manly face I suppose is what I'm getting at lol) The best analogy I can think of is when a woman goes to the gym she will train her muscles differently to a guy as most women dont want the muscular figure as it is not a very feminine look they just want to be slim and trim (for the body and face).. but as I'm a guy I would prefer the chiseled face approach. So is there going to be a big difference in the way I do the facerobics if this is the result I am looking for? Thanks x

      Hi Tony, no there wont be any differences between men or women as the facial exercises that I have created adapt the natural shape of your face. Facial exercises really cant over build if they are dont correctly. So just follow what Miss Peta says and you will find that your face will return to what it looked like when you were much younger.

      You need to follow it exactly if you are following the Exercise Along With Me Series because there are currently 4 of them that are to be rotated. If you add or change one of the series, the same exercise or similar could be in the next one, and then you will be over exercising. when you over exercise your face muscles will fatigue and your skin will become mishapen.

    Hi Peta its been a long time. I have a question. I have recently lost alittle weight not dieting just eating right since my breast surgery. I notice that my neck is getting a little wrinkles which I did not have before and I have been doing these exercises for a year. Any suggestions....I am starting over doing 50 every 2 weeks and changing.

    I love this exercise especially since we are not using our hands on our face and I can see the benefits. Pls do more exercises where we do not use our hands on face since I have pressure urticaria and my facial skin darkens on pressure and it stays. So while I get the benefit of improved face muscles my Indian skin would be dark where I would have applied pressure.
    The problem is not that much if I put my hand on the head or neck. Where we are using tongue and not hands there is no problem.Also in some of the exercises the lips crack a lot. Why is that?Pls do more exercises which will help hydrate the skin. There is one that you have done which helps.Are they any exercises which will help lines on forehead and eyes where we do not use hand on face.
    Your exercises are really good. It is just that I cannot use a lot of them.

    Hello Peta, first of all thanx so much for your work...these exercises are invaluable. I am an actro currently based in Sapain and I work as an acting coach. I have been using these workouts with actors and actresses before shooting to sort of wake up their faces so the muscles are prepared to express the emotions that we actors work with. I must tell you that the results are amazing! It makes so much sense actually; don't we actors work with our bodies all the time to make them more expressive? Well then we should be doing the same with the muscles in our faces. That said, I am a bit confused with the premium thing...where can I sign up? Thnak you again

    Question - when we are doing the squeezes to the left and right side of the neck, are we still supposed to be squeezing the platysma as in the turkey neck exercise, as well as holding the tongue to the roof of the mouth? And to follow up with one other question here, is there supposed to be a 20 second squeeze after all three parts or just the center turkey neck section??? Thanks Peta...

      Hello love, no, only do that for when you do the turkey neck exercise which is combined with this exercise. you can squeeze the platysma of course but thats it

    He he he...I am watching this video while driving and my 7yr old son says mom you can’t do face exercises while driving! I said I know that and that I was just listening to it and glancing at it (mounted cell phone). As the video plays Peta says how happy she is that she found face exercises to be able to learn and share it. My son in the backseat says “thank god miss Peta was born mom otherwise your face would look all scrappy!!” 😂 😂 LOL ~ yes! Thank you for being born Peta 😘

      My exercise routines cover all the muscle groups and are very sound. If you change them it could cause over exercising which causes more wrinkles and sagging

I'm 28 years old, I did FaceFitness for 6 months from some exercises seen on the net, it wasn't a program, I had the opposite effect, my skin became flaccid and my cheeks start to fall creating nasolabial. I don't know what wrong with this. How can I fix that? I understand your program but I do not know if I start it immediately or let my face rest then start. Do you think your program will fix my problem? I don't like damage my face anymore :(

      Hi Rebeca, thank you! They are reserved for the Membership site and will not be going up on yt like EAWM 1, 2 & 3. There is a play list in the playlist tab with 4, 5 & 6, just learn the exercises and do them in a routine as normal

    Watching your videos and feel very inspired. I'm 70 years old and my skin is very saggy. Foolishly had threading done 2 years ago and it looks awful on one side. I have been trying the exercises for 3 weeks but I think I look worse not sure. Had a major car accident when I was 20 and had over 100 stitches in my face but fortunately I was admitted to an ophthalmic hospital so my face was stiched with the very fine thread they use for the back of eyes but I was told I could have muscle damage which could show later in life. I have no scars thankfully but would your exercises long term help me and your laser lift. I have tried facial cosmetic acupuncture but this did nothing. Appreciate your comments. Also could I book a Skype with you do you can see and advise
