The forward head posture was really strange to me... as a tall guy like Alex I know you naturally have a tendency to lean forward to talk to shorter people, so I've spent a lot of time trying to correct that and stand straight up with my head over my shoulders.
If I had to put my body in a "neutral" standing position I would look and walk like an accordion 😂 Pelvic tilt, forward shoulders, forward head, winging scaps hahaha. I'll just farmer's walk crooked so I stay on my feet 😆 Enjoyable vid! Alex's physique in thr Northman was really noticeable. His traps were so huge I actually spent a few seconds thinking it must have sucked getting that shape. Mega hard work and dedication.

From just a looks stand point, this kind workout will give your body a more tied together look. Like the muscles will work together, a lot of gym rats are missing that.
this was a horrible workout for building the back and shoulders, can you show us how he actually built the muscle instead of showing us a bullshit workout that only works the core
Walking with weights... ever tried working? Grocerystore, constructionside, carpenter, fisherman, firefighter, i could go on... this Training is just everyday movement for normal working people... i dont get It!

Internal rotation with the arm up can lead to inpingement in the lateral raises. Still Big fan of the channel though.
