I like to still dress in an individual way , and I'm not colour shy. I'm white and I have found that us folk can be judgemental in a critical way about dress. Also I have to add that shades and the tones of colors matter when pairing two or three + more colors together. They don’t have to be the same tone or whatever though

Hair and skin color also plays a role. The outfit you wear looks good cuz of your skin tone. A pale white guy might not pull it off as well
