First time I saw voyager, and then the mobile emitter I thought "yep someone on the writing staff's watched Red Dwarf". The mobile emitter really helps when you need to expand your storylines off the ship and I see they went straight to hard light from soft light for Voyager. Poor Rimmer/Chris Barrie did 5 seasons of red dwarf not being allowed to touch or interact with objects in scene LOL.

Report to the bridge, inform the security and get the hell out of there. Coming close and making examination in close proximity could affect your blood by injecting some Borg stuff and by that color skin changes which might need some medium to long term treatment and by that unnecessary use of ship's resources. So, in order for not curiosity kill the cat, extreme precaution is advised when noting something green in chambers where there should not be or for there to be green but at least in reasonable parameters

The extras on Voyager were always the worst. The ship had only like 120 people on board, but the show writers never bothered to introduce most of them to the audience. For the most part, they were speechless even when spoken to or about and were written to do the dumbest things only to get the plot going. So many opportunities for great storytelling were missed with Voyager...

Yeah, it wasn't just one Baby, though. Usually when a character in a TV show assumes something and it isn't revealed as wrong shortly after it is how the writer intended the truth to be.
I love this episode and it had a great ending, the only sad thing is One was a really cool character, it would have been interesting to see how he would have continued in the show.
They never know if they budget will pad out for all of the computer effects. They often don't have those done til long after shooting and if they can't get any then they show their faces in a reaction shot. You can really see this on the old star trek originals where they cut to shatners reaction and or a description of what they are seeing... same thing on some TNG episodes.

You know, nearly all Star Trek series had a sexy woman there to be eye candy that typically didn't wear a normal uniform. TNG had Troi, DS9 had Jadzia, Voyager had Seven, and Enterprise had T'pol. But damn, Jerri Ryan in that suit absolutely outshines them all. The fact she had an interesting character and character arc is also awesome.

Chakotay was talking about the overnight crew. “Is it true you make them call you captain” was referring to kim making other bridge officers call him Captain while he had command overnight. It’s a tiny running gag in Star Trek where junior officers are given temporary command and want to be called Captain

Infant Borg were found both in TNG episode where Q flung the Enterprise to meet the Borg and the Voyager Episode with the Borg children! If the Borg assimilated pregnant women, they would have some way of incubating or assimilating / maturing their offspring!
Yeah, in maturation chambers, which Seven said it looked like. But as there were no infants aboard Voyager, it was clearly created in the maturation chamber, which the borg don't do
