  • Baobab is a super food that can be found in West Africa due to it's ability to withstand harsh, dry weather condition. It is very popular in northern Nigeria where it is popularly called kuka. Come with me as I try to list out some of the health benefits of this super tree that lasts centuries.

    nice plant, we have a lot of this tree in my area southern Borno in Nigeria. when in season, kids take it a lot, in those days we make holes on the whole fruit, fill it with water allow it sit for at least four to five hours, and then take it direct from the ball though you have to clean the back thoroughly because the hairy back itches a lot the taste is like yoghurt honestly. one thing i discover about this fruit is it keep the healthy, they hardly fall sick even though there is noting much of balance diet to eat. with this new knowledge, i think i will have to introduce into my kids menu again. thank you for sharing.

      Hello, baobab powder is considered healthy in pregnancy as it contains high amount of vitamin c and even fiber. Of course, take in moderation and consult your doctor also. I wish you a healthy a safe pregnancy.
