  • 2 years ago, i suffered from spine scoliosis, after a full spine X-ray, my Chiropractor shown me that my spine has became a big S shape. I can barely lift up my left leg when I'm in a sitting position. Stand also pain, Sit also Pain, Only lying down flat on the bed won't pain. The pain is like something pulling your nerve to an extend that it's going to break. I really thought that's the end of back & left leg. never able to walk normally or exercise again.
    after 21 Months of Chiropractic Treatments, my doctor finally tell me to try exercising, do some slow jog. it was still freaking painful after like 2-3 mins of slow jog. then my friend invited me to his condo's gym to use their cross trainer machine, this machine is like gliding instead of jogging, there is minimum impact on the legs & lower back.
    Immediately i signed up anytime fitness near my house & just to use this cross trainer machine for like 10-15 mins a day. after 1 month, i can start running 5-6 km on the treadmill without such unbearable pain anymore.
    after 21 months of treatments, i realised that the most effective way to relieve our spine pressure is super simple!! just hang on the chin up bar & allow our body weight to decompress our spine naturally!! try it out yourself if you are also have back pain every morning or leg cramps during your sleep at night.
