For those of you stopping by because you are thinking about buying a Traditions of America home, I am here to say “just don’t”. We are currently under contract with Traditions of America and it is the worst home buying experience we have ever been through. This is not a reputable company. And the man in this video? He is one of the most unprofessional people we have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. Definitely, he will not be your advocate. Buyer beware. This is a bunch of flowery feel-good material aimed at selling you a home. They will make you believe that they are invested in you as a customer. Once you have signed on the dotted line, they couldn’t value you less if they tried.

Difficult to give detail in this forum. We are not building in this TOA community, but another one. We have built multiple homes previously and have never been treated so unprofessionally. Everyone is all smiles and positivity during the sales process….until they have your money. Once they have your money, it will all be downhill from there. We have built multiple homes and have never been treated so unprofessionally. Trust me. Read the online reviews about TOA before deciding to go with them. I wish we would have. If we would not have already put significant money down on the house already, we would have walked away. If things do not go as planned with TOA, you will have no recourse. No matter how high you go up the chain, there is not a single person at TOA who will care whether or not you end up getting what you paid for.
